#6 Islamist parties have been banned in Turkey, the Batasuna party has been banned in Spain. Though (as a liberal) I don't support any such bannings, even of fascist parties, I'm not prepared to shed any tears over them either. |

#4 I almost fully agree with P.M. they should not be banned but they should not be criticised either, idiots like the "Vlaams Blok" should just be ignored. |

#3 Umm, the Vlaams Blok is a pretty extremist party, kind of like the Flemish equivelent to Le Pen's National Front... Although they shouldn't be banned, just criticised |

I suspect there are some LLLs out there on the fringes of the political spectrum that would love to ban some of the more conservative leaning organizations just like there are some on the right who would like to do the same to organizations on the left. Unions specifically |
