Iran parades new missiles daubed with threats to wipe Israel off map

Iran yesterday defiantly showed off six of its new ballistic missiles daubed with anti-US and anti-Israel slogans in a move sure to reinforce international concern over the nature of its nuclear programme.
Concern? What, us worry? They’re the Super-Mullahs (and Toyota Distributors) for about half of the Religion of Peace™!!! Why should we worry?
At the climax of a military parade marking the outbreak of the 1980-88 Iran-Iraq war, the enormous Shehab-3 missiles were rolled out painted with the messages, "We will crush America under our feet’ and "Israel must be wiped off the map."
Oops!
"Ahmad! Those are the wrong missiles! They’re supposed to say "Peace on Earth, insh’allah!"

Iran later announced that it would scale down cooperation with the UN’s International Atomic Energy Agency. Ali Akbar Salehim, Tehran’s envoy to the IAEA, said on state television that Iran had been allowing the agency more oversight than required under the nuclear nonproliferation treaty "to show our goodwill and transparency."
Yep. Goodwill. And transparency. Can’t forget how transparent they are - they remind us almost everyday. I, for one, deeply appreciate it...

Read the whole thing. Black Hats - wo0t! They have a golf shoe on one foot and a hobnail boot on the other. They never fail to disappoint. TICK TOCK.

#11  I wonder how well the mullahs control the revolutionary guard. Those guys seem fanatical enough that they might want to fire off some of those missiles without permission.

#9  Two nukes - one delivered by airborne Tomahawk to hit the tunnel mouth leading to their underground "research" facility, the other one delivered by shiplaunched Tomahawk to hit their aboveground "research facility". Send a BIG message: "We will not tolerate your anti-US behavior. We will not accept your anti-Israel rhetoric. We still have the biggest stick, and can hit you from ten directions at once. Do not make us angry - you really, really wouldn't like us angry. We were not angry with Saddam, just tired of his BS. We WILL be angry with you."

#5  Ahem! I am "Steve", not "Stevie".

Stevie, aka "Stevey", aka "miserable fucking excuse for a lame-brained waste of skin", is that goof-brained muskrat from the East Coast who posts reprehensible crap here from time to time.

All us other "Steve"'s would appreciate y'all making the distinction on this!

#4  Iran is one good air strike from civil war and I am with Stevie that we should help it along.

Of course our buddies at the UN are head in the sand as usual. Playing diplomacy at Fiddler on the Green (unfortunately Windows on the World is not taking reservations) over $100 bottles of wine. If Kofi and his dilatante buddies in Frogdom and the Third Reich start looking at moving the UN to somewhere else, I would be concerned that they have some inside info from the IAEA about Iran.

Come to think of it, the League of Nations complex in Geneva is in pretty good shape, send them THERE now. NYC could use the real estate and the meter maids wouldn't have carpeltunnel syndrome from ticketing the spoiled brats diplomats at the UN.

They seem to forget that a nuke shoved up Isreal's butt would create fallout over the entire region....maybe they haven't and are offering the OPPORTUNITY for martyrdom to literally millions of faithful followers.

#3  I am with Steve - if the missiles are in sight, they should be gone in a puff of smoke.

#2  Time to bring in the US Navy and some air strikes to ird the world of these weapons.

We won't need to. With slogans like that the Israelis will do it for us.

#1  International concern, my ass. Those slogans are declarations of war. Time to bring in the US Navy and some air strikes to ird the world of these weapons.
