Salam Pax in Tikrit |
2003-07-30 |
via instapundit - EFL - read it all How can Saddam’s family expect a proper burial for their sons, when they have denied thousands of others? The Guardian I can not really say it was very wise to go to Tikrit with foreigners two days after the death of Uday and Qusay was confirmed. They are not very friendly up there in Saddam’s home town at the best of times, and now they border on the hostile. I am now Salam "the spy" Pax in Aujah. |

#9 Salam Pax is *far* from being an anti-American -- if the occasional anti-US shot signified that, then would the *constant* shots against actions and attitudes of his fellow Iraqis mean he's an anti-Iraqi traitor? Obviously not. And, stevey you gonna be disappointed - Salam may have not liked the bombings but he now wants the US troops to remain as long as it takes, rather than leave handing the country back to the Baathists and/or Islamists. |

#7 Hey MC Chunky! (aka Penis Pump (TM), aka Stevey Robinson) Why so bitter? Finished all fifteen boxes of twinkies and mommy and daddy won't buy you more? Maybe you're just too stressed out with your "high powered" job answering phones. I'm sure that being an uneducated phone jock that knows "everything" about banking doesn't get you the praise that you deserve at the workplace. (For crying out loud, Don't they know you went to EDGEWOOD HIGH SCHOOL?) Didn't you show them your diploma? What, with all of that hard work you put into it? (and STILL it only took you 8 years to get). You deserve better Stevey. Don't worry Stevey, I have faith in you! For GOD'S SAKE, I WON"T GIVE UP ON YOU STEVEY!!! .... ....because fat, uneducated, people who answer phones in "centralized call centers" need love too. (Just not the kind your grandfather gives you after church on Sunday. That's just plain bad.) I bet, I'll just bet, that if you know someone who can actually write in the English language in a coherent fashion. (Hey, maybe mommy or daddy!) If you have them fill out your job application for the local Shell station. I think you just might get the job. Just think, after you've passed the mirror test (That's where they stick a mirror in front of your slack jaw and if any fog appears on the mirror you're hired!) then you can run around pretending that your "GAS PUMP GUY!" The most powerful man in your universe. "Pumping gas only to those you deem worthy" Job Tip: Just remember: The "gas pump" and the Penis Pump (TM) don't serve the same function. YOU'RE MY HERO STEVEY!!! Don't give up! Just |

#5 Somebody who rejoices when U.S. soldiers get killed because they liberated a country from a dictatorial nightmare is not a troll. We should come up with a better fitting word. I have a few but they'd get beeped. Let's not further insult innocent fuzzy Norwegian creatures though. |

#2 He throws in an anti-US shot on his website all the time. It's really pretty tiresome, I've stopped reading his website. You see, he's lived a large portion of his life outside of Iraq, in Europe. He described how his friends in Baghdad taught him to think like an Iraqi. S.P.'s reports are useful, but I don't believe they are representative of Iraqi attitudes. |

#1 he does throw in an obligatory anti-U.S. shot or two to maintain his credibility - after all he is writing for Al-Guardian |
