The federal forces eliminated five terrorists, involved in the Mi-8 helicopter crash, in Chechnya, the regional staff of the counter-terrorist operation in the North Caucasus said on Tuesday. In addition, some people, suspected of complicity in the terrorist attack, were detained. A special operation was launched in the Oktyabrsky district of Grozny to detect terrorists, who shot down the helicopter from a portable anti-aircraft missile complex on Sunday, the staff said. Nine people were killed in the helicopter crash.
