Iraq: ''Lies! All lies!'' |
2002-10-08 |
Two senior members of the Iraqi parliament have dismissed as "full of lies" U.S. President George W. Bush's speech in which he said Baghdad wanted to attack the United States with weapons of mass destruction. Really? Doesn't that come as a surprise! "Your speech, Bush, is full of lies and full of unreasonable argument," Abdul Aziz Kailani, the head of the religious affairs committee in the parliament, told Reuters. Sounded pretty reasonable to me... "You (Bush) are just like a beast which wants to eat small countries and while you should help them you want to destroy them," Kailani said. "Yummy! A small country! Do we have any mustard?" There has been no reaction yet from President Saddam Hussein or his government. Bush has said repeatedly that he wants "regime change" in Iraq and Saddam replaced. Sammy's holed up in his bunker, miscalculating his next move... |

#1 Mustard? Screw that. I suspect W eats his principalities and duchies with a nice fiery habanero salsa... all the better to soften it up first. Wouldn't you? |
