| Still exploding in Jenin even after the fighting's done |

| Israeli-Arab nurse Wail Amari of Ha'emek Hospital in Afula suffered light to moderate wounds yesterday when he stepped on a bomb left in the Jenin refugee camp by terrorists. He was helping search for the bodies of Palestinians killed in battles with the IDF. Since the army left the camp early Friday morning, at least five Palestinians have been wounded by stepping on or otherwise triggering bombs planted by the Palestinian terrorists inside the camp to be used against soldiers during Operation Defensive Shield. According to Palestinian medical officials, 43 bodies have been recovered from the rubble in the center of the camp. Yesterday afternoon, workers rescued a 17-year-old Palestinian youth who was still alive. Oh, golly. Ain't it terrible the way those Jews left all those booby traps behind to murder innocents? And 43 bodies is almost the same as thousands. Want to bet that a year from now they're talking about "thousands" instead of "43"? |
