  • Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat has decided not to attend a key Arab summit in Beirut after Israel set conditions for releasing him from confinement in the West Bank.
    If it's a choice between going to the prom and having people exploding all over the place, Yasser'll always go with the exploders. And besides, there are those new dead observers for him to crow wring his hands mourn over.
