Two Israelis who were wounded in the explosion near the Taiba Bridge are GSS agents. They were escorting a suicide terrorist - an Israeli informer who apparently served as a double agent - when he detonated the explosive he was wearing. The terrorist was killed on the spot, and the two agents were wounded with burns and shrapnel. They are listed in light-to-moderate condition. Both Islamic Jihad and Fatah said they were behind the attack. They identified the bomber as 22-year-old Morad Abu al-Asal, and said he had informed for the Israelis for three months before the attack.
