Pakistan proposed talks with India on a mutual phased withdrawal of troops along the border to be followed by a dialogue on Kashmir and other issues. A foreign ministry statement also said that Pakistan was willing to restore road, air and rail links which were severed last month after the two sides massed troops on their border in wake of the terrorist attack on the Indian Parliament in New Delhi.
Maybe they should talk about abolishing the ISI. |
