Saudi Arabians implicated in the September 11 attacks on the United States were unwitting victims of Osama bin Laden, Saudi Arabia's foreign minister was quoted as saying. "He dragged fellow countrymen into a suicide mission they knew nothing of. We are studying our mistakes. Prince Saud also said his country would pursue and arrest any Saudis involved in al Qaeda.
