Foreign minister Jaswant Singh said that if Pakistan sends any list of Pakistani criminals hiding in India, they would be found and promptly sent back. He made the promise in response to a question about a statement made on Saturday by his Pakistani counterpart, Foreign Minister Abdul Sattar, indicating Pakistan would send a list to India of wanted men. Sattar had given no further details and Singh said he had not heard of the list through official channels.
Sounds like sweet reason. If they're Bad Guys on one side of the border - terrorists or gangsters, doesn't matter - there's not much chance they'll change habits on the other side. |
