Pakistan will soon begin trials of 40 non-Afghan Taliban, mostly Arabs who crossed into Baluchistan province from Afghanistan and were held by the provincial government. The men initially have been charged with illegal entry into Pakistan without having valid travel documents and will be tried under the Foreigners Act.
