O’Keefe informed Zucker on the call that his organization had been recording the insider calls for months before inquiring "do you still feel you’re the most trusted name in news."
Zucker, failing to address O’Keefe’s question, responds "thank you for your comment. So, everybody, I think in light of that, we’ll set up a new system, and we’ll be back with you, we’ll do the rest of the call later" before appearing to end the call.
The clips are set to be released on December 1st at 7pm Eastern Time.
Per O’Keefe, Project Veritas has "clips of various producers talking, the president talking, describing their motives, describing their political philosophy, describing how they don’t cover certain things and certain political parties tell them to cover things a certain way."
Individuals including Zucker, Vice President David Chalian, Stephanie Becker, and Marcus Mabry.

Outside of a morbid curiosity to listen to this, for lack of a better term, unless Zucker is caught on tape passing out ballots and telling people to vote multiple times, what "bombshell" information/revelation will result from this? We already loathe the Clinton News Network and its left-wing brethren.

Being told about it by people they scorn is one thing, jpal. Seeing and hearing it all being said by CNN leadership and staff is quite something else... not to mention useful in court cases because it then is not mere hearsay.

Back in the day, conference calls were normally arranged by one person dialing up everyone elses number from the President's line. So it is interesting to know how O'Keefe got in the 9am loop.
Maybe nowadays there is a special number that people can dial that is conferences all incoming dialers into one conference call. Not sure. It has been a while since I worked within the corporate level.

Not necessarily. To use the NE Patriots sportsball accusation of spying on the opponent's locker room, its one thing to hear proponents making accusations, it would be another to have a recording of Belocheck et al discussing how to do it.
As for legal ramifications, I can only recall one time I tried to record a board meeting, nothing sinister just wanted a record without having to take notes so as to better participate in the discussion and the XO noticed, and reminded the rules were no recording unless motioned and approved. At that level, if recording would be approved, it would likely fall to one position, say Secretary.
Again, not a lawyer here, it seems unapproved recording of private conversations without knowledge or legal paperwork such as a wiretap may not be admissible in a court of law.
Now, in a court of public opinion...dirty laundry may be allowed in court if the conclusions were based on a law-legal approach of obtaining it. That is, this is a controlled environment not something like a car wreck turned road rage.
Now a Whistle-Blower Status may, and should, exempt such precludes.
And I'd bet there were a lot of britches which needed to be changed after that announcement.
There may be people outside the law, such as bookies, who would be interested in such things.
Also, there may be believers who would be persuaded.
I don't think much came legally from that NBA referee who was busted betting on a particular team but I'd bet he didn't sleep very well. "At the moment, we're free. But the moment they start trying to take our Constitution is the moment the Second Amendment kicks in," he said. "It's the moment where we've got to start telling them, we're not taking it anymore.
"We're not going to 'stand back and stand by' anymore. We're standing up and going after you if you come after us," the man added.

Open armed revolt is not the way to go. Targeted direct kinetic action against the perpetrators, at all levels of involvement is the way to commence.

MSM won't cover blamtifa riots but I'd bet dollars to donuts they'll scream bloody murder about this. I think it is unwise, possibly illegal, to telegraph your intentions this way.
Another problem is that all bets are off when the shooting starts. You never know what the outcome will be. Even if the left is defeated there is no assurance we will get the same form of government we have now. I have this fear that it might already be too late to stop it.

Ducey is a complete failure. He folded to the McCain wing and certified the vote while "his" legislators were conducting a hearing on the fraud. Maricopa county had 135% of the registered votes set for Biden, and no flags???? How many of the Maricopa county legislators were at the hearing??? ZERO! We are now the eastern province of CA.
