Need a legal vehicle to overturn the current SCOTUS ruling on libel. The 14th says we have equal standing before the law, their ruling is in direct contradiction to that making public and private persons different categories which the media destroys by making anyone they malign 'public'.

A congressional panel on Sept 13 sought an urgent review by the National Archives and Records Administration after agency staff members acknowledged that they did not know if all presidential records from Trump’s White House had been turned over.
"While there is no easy way to establish absolute accountability, we do know that we do not have custody of everything we should," acting Archivist Debra Wall said in a letter Friday to the House Committee on Oversight and Reform.
The Archives knows some White House staffers conducted official business on personal electronic messaging accounts that were that were not copied or forwarded to their official accounts, in violation of the Presidential Records Act, Wall said.
"NARA has been able to obtain such records from a number of former officials and will continue to pursue the return of similar types of presidential records from former officials," Wall said in the letter, first reported by the Wall Street Journal.
She said the Archives, the federal agency charged with preserving government records, would consult with the Department of Justice on "whether to initiate an action for the recovery of records unlawfully removed." The Oversight Committee shared a copy of the letter with Rooters but has not issued a statement on it yet.
Representatives for Trump did not immediately return a request for comment on the matter.
Trump is facing a criminal investigation by the Justice Department for retaining government records — some marked as highly classified, including "top secret" — at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida after leaving office in January 2021. National Archivist David Ferriero commissioned the task force in response to George Floyd's death last year, the report notes. Ferriero has served in the position since 2009, after he was nominated by former President Obama and confirmed by the Senate. The position has an indefinite term length.
NARA did not respond to Fox News' request for comment.

Janel Brandtjen (R-Menomonee Falls) show longtime Democratic Party operative Sachin Chheda telling Johnson and his staff what to say about the Wisconsin Votes 2022 get-out-the-vote campaign. The effort is being funded by a left-wing activist group with close ties to the Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL), a leftist nonprofit funded by Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg.
While city officials, under the direction of Chheda, have said Milwaukee is not receiving any private funding for the effort, two things are clear: The mayor’s office is taking orders from Democratic Party operatives, and the city of Milwaukee is coordinating with left-wing groups in what looks like an expensive effort to influence the outcome of November’s election.

It's a very small community, Washington. Barr knew. They all knew. As far as that UNIPARTY is concerned, Trump was and remains the ultimate scab, the ultimate strike breaker.

Johnson has been 'Acting Mayor' (he was formerly Milwaukee Common Council President) since former mayor Tom Barrett was given the cushy job as ambassadorship to Luxembourg in recognition for his years of keeping Milwaukee resoundingly Blue (by hook or by crook).
Mr. Johnson was just carrying on the tradition, but wasn't wise enough to cover all his tracks.
Of course nothing bad will happen to any of the players from this bit of interplay anyway.

That conclusion comes from a report recently released by the Labor Department’s inspector general, providing an update on its investigations of pandemic-related unemployment fraud. Unfortunately, the document provides only the tip of the proverbial iceberg, both in identifying the scope of the problem and holding fraudsters to account.
$46 BILLION DOWN THE DRAIN
The inspector general report updated earlier documents quantifying the scope of potentially fraudulent unemployment insurance payments made during the pandemic. Specifically, the office examined four types of potential fraud: claims 1) filed in multiple states; 2) made in the name of deceased individuals; 3) using suspicious email accounts; or 4) filed by federal prisoners.
strong>LITTLE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR FRAUDSTERS
A press release accompanying the report hinted at the massive nature of the fraud. A few sentences discussed efforts to hold scammers to account:
With less than 140 criminal investigators, the [inspector general] leveraged data analytics to direct its limited resources to those matters that pose the greatest risk to the [unemployment insurance] program. The [inspector general] is focusing on large-scale identity theft schemes involving multiple victims and organized criminal groups, including street gangs.
In other words, if someone doesn’t belong to a gang, or “only” submitted fraudulent claims for a few thousand dollars (or even tens of thousands of dollars), he’s not going to get prosecuted.
The press release attempted to praise prosecutors for charging 1,000 individuals, and obtaining convictions that “have resulted in more than 7,000 months” — about 583 years — “of incarceration.” But given that investigators identified nearly $46 billion in fraud, the amount of accountability seems massively outweighed by the scale of the original crimes.
