[IsraelTimes] Ruling by St. Louis-based Eighth Circuit court is a major victory for pro-Israel activist muppets who have pushed some 30 states to adopt anti-BDS laws
A US federal appeals court upheld an Arkansas state law requiring all public contractors to promise they won’t boycott Israel in a Wednesday ruling, overturning an earlier decision that had said the contract violates the First Amendment.
The ruling by the St. Louis-based US Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit was a major victory for pro-Israel activist muppets who have pushed around 30 states to adopt so-called "anti-BDS" laws — intended to strike back against the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions movement targeting Israel — in recent years. The plaintiffs say they plan to appeal to the US Supreme Court

Deadly earthquake, deadly floods, deadly, unseasonal snowstorm — Allah is sending messages of his displeasure with the Taliban rulers loud and clear.
[KhaamaPress] Twelve children and hundreds of livestock were killed on Wednesday night due to a heavy snowfall in the north-eastern province of Afghanistan, Kunar, according to the local Taliban ...Arabic for students... officials.
In order to assist those in need, officials claim that emergency and medical teams have been sent to the site, according to Bakhtar state news agency.
The incident has happened in the Dara-e-Gul district of Kunar province ... which is right down the road from Chitral. Kunar is Haqqani country..... , on Wednesday night, when the northern provinces of Afghanistan experienced a heavy snowfall, in summer.
According to Qari Khair Mohammad Ghazi, the provincial Director of Disaster Management in the Laghman ...Afghan province with a population of about 445,600, which is multi-ethnic and mostly a rural society. During the invasions of Alexander the Great, the area was known as Lampaka, wich is apparently Olde Macedonian for Laghman. The city of Mihtarlam serves as the bucolic capital of the province. The population is half Pashtun, the remainder Tadjik and Pashai. It had a repution for great wealth until it was conquered in the tenth century by Abu Mansur Sabuktigin.
He conquered it and set fire to the places in its vicinity which were inhabited by infidels, and demolishing the idol-temples, he established Islam in them, He marched and captured other cities and killed the polluted wretches, destroying the idolatrous and gratifying the Musulmans. After wounding and killing beyond all measure, his hands and those of his friends became cold in counting the value of the plundered property.
After that it was mostly notable for the production of dirt, rocks, and holy men... province, rescue teams have been dispatched to the area to save people who are trapped in the snow.
Eight family members were killed and three others injured, according to local sources in Kunar province, when a roof collapsed as a result of heavy snowfall.
Further information regarding the incident is not provided by Taliban officials or the state news agency Bakhtar.
Previously, locals in the Bamyan province of central Afghanistan expressed concern that heavy snowfall at this time of year would endanger livestock and harm crop yields.
The loss of lives in Kunar province comes as a high magnitude earthquake stuck Afghanistan’s Paktika ...which coincidentally borders South Wazoo... and Khost province ... across the border from Miranshah, within commuting distance of Haqqani hangouts such as Datta Khel and probably within sight of Mordor. Khost is populated by six different tribes of Pashtuns, the largest probably being the Khostwal, from which it takes its name... s leaving over 2,500 killed and injured.
[Garowe] United Kingdom-based media giant Channel 4 News is now under pressure to pull down a documentary aired a few weeks ago, in which one of the news hounds interviewed al-Shabaab ...... the personification of Somali state failure... deputy leader Mahat Karate, who is also the head of revenue and logistics.
As of Wednesday, The Daily Mirror reports, that the media house had received over 100 complaints from various individuals and organizations over the "Inside al-Shabaab" feature prepared by renowned journalist Jamal Osman, with critics insisting that it glorified terrorism.

Showing that a Terrorist is nothing more than a Terrorist, and not a freedom fighter, does tend to expose and hose their agenda, plus dry up their donations.
Rewards for Justice is offering a reward of up to $5 million for information on Mahad Karate, also known as Abdirahman Mohamed Warsame. Karate serves as al-Shabaab’s shadow deputy leader. Karate has some command responsibility over the Amniyat, al-Shabaab’s intelligence and security wing, as well as the group’s finances.
The Amniyat plays a key role in the execution of suicide attacks and assassinations in Somalia, Kenya and other countries in the region, and provides logistical support for al-Shabaab’s terrorist activities. The Amniyat was responsible for the April 2015 attack on Garissa University College in Kenya that killed nearly 150 people, mostly students.
On April 10, 2015, the U.S. Department of State designated Karate as a Specially Designated Global Terrorist pursuant to Executive Order 13224, as amended. As a result of this designation, among other consequences, all property, and interests in property, of Karate that are subject to U.S. jurisdiction are blocked, and U.S. persons are generally prohibited from engaging in any transactions with Karate. In addition, it is a crime to knowingly provide, or attempt or conspire to provide, material support or resources to al-Shabaab, a U.S.-designated Foreign Terrorist Organization.

Yeah, LOL. The US doesn't pay rewards. They have an entire staff of lawyers ready to go. They can always find a "legitimate" reason they don't have to pay.
[IsraelTimes] Anti-Israel group distances itself from site promoted by its own branch in Massachusetts a day after US politicians called for an investigation into its potential use by hard boys.
The global Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions movement targeting Israel has disavowed a controversial website mapping Boston-area Jewish groups a day after politicians urged a federal investigation of the project’s potential to be used by hard boy groups.
The announcement by the BDS movement on Wednesday aimed to distance the group from the Mapping Project, an anonymous collective of Boston-area pro-Paleostinian activist muppets.
The project lists the names and addresses of Massachusetts Jewish groups, including schools, community funds and synagogue organizations, that it claims are promoting "local institutional support for the colonization of Paleostine" and "other harms."
"The Paleostinian BDS National Committee, the broadest coalition leading the global BDS movement for Paleostinian rights, has no connection to and does not endorse the Mapping Project in Boston, Massachusetts," the BDS movement said in a statement posted to its official Twitter account. "Endorsement of this project by any group affiliated with the BDS movement conflicts with this affiliation."
The collective’s statement seems to referring to BDS Boston, which had enthusiastically shared a link to the Mapping Project upon its initial release earlier this month and identified the group as "our friends at the Mapping Project." This led several media outlets, Jewish groups and politicians to identify the Mapping Project as a BDS initiative.
Among those politicians were 37 members of Congress, led by staunchly pro-Israel Democrat Josh Gottheimer of New Jersey and Republican Don Bacon of Nebraska, who signed a letter Tuesday urging an investigation of "the use of the Mapping Project by hard boy organizations."
The letter was addressed to Attorney General Merrick Garland ...Attorney General of the U.S., who classifies indignant parents as domestic terrorists. The is the respected legal scholar Obama nominated for the Supreme Court... , Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and FBI ...Formerly one of the world's premier criminal investigation organizations, something for a nation to be proud of. Now it's a political arm of the Deep State oligarchy that is willing to trump up charges, suppress evidence, or take out insurance policies come election time... Director Christopher Wray, and it claimed the Mapping Project was "associated with the BDS movement."
"We fear that this map may be used as a roadmap for violent mostly peaceful attacks by supporters of the BDS movement against the people and entities listed therein," the letter says, while noting that the FBI "is already tracking developments." Signatories included some of Congress’ most vocal pro-Israel voices on both sides of the aisle, including Reps. Haley Stevens, Ritchie Torres and Dan Meuser, as well as freshman Democrat Shontel Brown, who won her close Ohio race last year with the help of pro-Israel groups.
The letter followed an earlier round of condemnations from mostly Massachusetts politicians, including both of the state’s Democratic Senators and progressive Squad member Rep. Ayanna Pressley. Local Jewish groups including the New England Anti-Defamation League and the Jewish Community Relations Council of Greater Boston, who were named on the project’s website, said the project was a deliberate effort to target Jews and could encourage hard boy antisemitic acts.
In the same statement in which it condemned the Mapping Project, the BDS movement also condemned "the cynical use of this project as a pretext for repressive attacks on the Paleostine solidarity movement," singling out the ADL and AIPAC as "apologists for Israeli apartheid."
The Mapping Project itself has not returned multiple Jewish Telegraphic Agency requests for comment.
BDS Boston continued to buck the national movement by supporting the Mapping Project on its own social media account, pinning its initial "Friends" tweet to its profile page and retweeting support of the project from other activist muppet groups.
"BDS Boston continues to feel that the Mapping Project is an important source of information and useful organizing tool," the group said in its own statement Wednesday, while also stating that the group "is its own collective that works autonomously from BDS Boston."

Tell them they're parents who oppose far left politics in public schools. Then it'll be OK to publish their names and addresses.
[Dawn] Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah on Thursday said there was no possibility of discussion with the proscribed Tehrik-e-Taliban ...the Pashtun equivalent of men... Pakistain (TTP) on the withdrawal of the military from tribal areas near the Afghan border, and reversal of the Fata merger, explaining that such demands were against the Constitution.
The National Assembly had on May 24, 2018 passed a constitutional amendment, paving the way for the merger of the region formally known as the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (Fata) with Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa.
In an interview for the Samaa TV programme Nadeem Malik Live, Sanaullah said the talks were possible with those willing to surrender arms.
When asked about the strength of the TTP fighters, the minister said the "TTP fighting force" comprised 4,000 to 5,000 members.
"The names associated with the APS (Army Public School) incident can never be considered for a pardon," he explained.
He said that it was to be seen "what kind of people" would take part in the talks from the other side. If representatives of the political government in Afghanistan are in attendance, then politicians from our side will also participate in the discussion, he added.
The minister said he did not believe the outcome of the talks would be visible in weeks. "It will take some months," he said.
Sanaullah insisted that the civil and military leadership were on the same page that the TTP bandidosforces of Evil would not be allowed to take up arms. "Otherwise, we won't shy away from the fight".
"The military leadership assured us that we have the capacity and the power to sort these issues out effectively," the minister added.
He said the involvement of foreign elements could not be ruled out in terror attacks in Pakistain, saying there were some forces behind the TTP that did not want peace in the country.
The minister said that a security briefing given yesterday was "comprehensive" and covered all aspects of the issue but there were no "suggestive measures" in it.
Sanaullah said that guidance was sought from the parliamentary committee, and the politicians were told about the "repercussions" of different actions.
"The committee, in the presence of the prime minister to Asif Ali Ten Percent Zardari ...former president of Pakistain, husband of the late Benazir Bhutto, who has been singularly lacking in curiosity about who done her in... and all parties including the ANP and the MQM, had a consensus that talks [with the TTP] should be held," the minister revealed.
He reiterated that there was another consensus on holding talks under the framework of the Constitution.

[IsraelTimes] Largely symbolic Tehran court ruling blames Washington for supporting Israel in ’organized crime’ against victims; US has no assets in country that can be seized.
Although Tehran has blamed Israel in the past for slayings targeting Iranian nuclear scientists since a decade ago, Iran ...a theocratic Shiite state divided among the Medes, the Persians, and the (Arab) Elamites.... did not directly accuse Jerusalem in its announcement. Iran has not recognized Israel since the 1979 Islamic Revolution that ousted the pro-West monarchy and brought Islamists to power.
The court mentioned Israel only in saying the US supported the "Zionist regime" in its "organized crime" against the victims.
It’s unclear how the court decision, like a raft of previous Iranian cases against the US as the two sides have engaged in a spiraling escalation of threats, would gain traction; there are no American assets to confiscate in the Islamic Theocratic Republic.
Still, the court branch, which is dedicated to the review of Iranian complaints against the US, summoned 37 former American officials, including former US presidents Barack Obama They get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren't like them... and Donald Trump ...Perhaps no man has ever had as much fun being president of the US... , as well as former secretary of state Mike Pompeo, former Iran envoy Brian Hook and former defense secretary Ashton Carter.
Iran also has placed sanctions on prominent American political and military officials for alleged "terrorism" and "human rights One man's rights are another man's existential threat. violations," in retaliation for the US liquidation of Iran’s top commander, Qassem Soleimani , two years ago.

[IsraelTimes] Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps replaced its intelligence chief Hossein Taeb, who had held the position for more than 12 years, the Guards say in a statement.
"The Guards’ chief Major General Hossein Salami appointed General Mohammad Kazemi as the new head of the IRGC Intelligence Organization," Guards front man Ramezan Sharif says in the statement.
The move comes days after Israeli media reports identified Taeb as being allegedly responsible for a series of foiled attacks against Israeli targets in The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...just another cheapjack Moslem dictatorship, brought to you by the Moslem Brüderbund...

An official in the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria (AANES) said on Thursday that the mechanism for prosecuting the members of the Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems.... Organization (ISIS) is still under discussion with the US-led Global Collation to Defeat ISIS.
The detention centers in northeast Syria hold 15,000 terrorism-related inmates from Syria and from over 60 foreign nationals. The majority of them are former snuffies of ISIS, according to the data of the AANES.
The AANES was first formed in 2014 in the Kurdish-majority regions of Afrin, Kobani and Jazira in northern Syria following the withdrawal of the government forces. Later, it was expanded to Manbij, Tabqa, Raqqa, Hasakah and Deir ez-Zor after the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) defeated ISIS militarily.
Hassan al-Ahmad, the co-chair of the AANES Social Justice Council, said that the mechanism to prosecute the ISIS members is still under discussion between the AANES and the Global Collation.
ISIS detainees held in AANES prisons are an international and local dilemma and its solution requires concerted international efforts and corporation between the AANES and the Global Collation, according to al-Ahmad.
"There were previous efforts to prosecute ISIS members, however this depends on the meetings held by the parties’ officials," he added.
Al-Ahmad pointed out that in case the trial takes place, the area in which the detainees are supposed to serve the sentence needs more cooperation and coordination between the abovementioned parties.
The trial of former ISIS detainees is taking place in People’s Defense Courts affiliated with the Social Justice Council.
In October 9, 2021, the general council of the AANES approved the unification of the law to prosecute Syrians accused of terrorism cases.
