Afghanistan
Afghan Army Fuel Sold in Zabul in Major Embezzlement Case
[ToloNews] Officials at an army corps base in Zabul province in southern Afghanistan illegally sold at least 300,000 liters of Afghan forces' aviation gasoline at local markets, and then created a cover story that the fuel was lost in a rocket attack at their base, said sources.

Abdul Ghafoor Hotaki, the commander of Zabul garrison, and Sefatullah, the commander of the 2nd regiment of the Afghan Army’s Atal Corps, were allegedly involved in the sale. These two officials sold 300,000 liters of fuel that was kept in storage tanks reserved for the second regiment and was intended for use by the security forces, said sources from security agencies and from Zabul.

Another official allegedly involved in the selling of the fuel is Rahmatullah, the commander of a local forces group led by the NDS that are known as Mofreza forces, sources said.

The fuel was stored in a reserve area that belonged to a private contractor that sold aviation fuel to the army.

"The government’s fuel is sold because these people have become accustomed to embezzlement," said Abdul Alim Kharoti, a Zabul resident.

"The government is damaged... that’s why there are many problems in this sector," said Esmatullah Safi, a Zabul resident.

When the storage tanks at the 2nd regiment area were empty, those involved in the case detonated three magnetic IEDs to claim the tanks were damaged in a rocket attack and that the fuel was lost due to leaks, sources said. The attempt was made to mislead the newly appointed commander of the regiment. However,
a woman is only as old as she admits...
photos and video footage from the area show that the fuel tanks were damaged on the bottom, not the top.

"There might be some people who sell or purchase the fuel," said Taoos Khan, a shopkeeper.

"The fuel is purchased by those who have the ability to buy it, or sell it," said Mohammad Nabi, a shopkeeper.

Zabul officials did not comment on the matter. But a government front man said the matter will be investigated.

"It is an issue that needs to be investigated. Our first response is that we are not convinced, and we don’t think such an issue exists," said ANDSF front man Omar Shinwari.

This is not the first time that fuel belonging to the security and defense forces has been sold. Reports also exist of the selling of arms and food belonging to army forces. Some officials have been put on trial for selling military resources.

Qureshi Says Taliban Will Keep Daesh Out of Afghanistan: Media
[ToloNews] Pakistain’s Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Wormtongue Qureshi
...a Pak political shape-changer. He is undistinguished except for his habit of periodically needing to have his lips reattached...
said during a presser that the Afghan Taliban
...Arabic for students...
would not allow ISIS bully boyz to infiltrate Afghanistan, The News reported Sunday.

Qureshi reportedly also said that the Afghan forces had the capacity to combat ISIS in Afghanistan.

The foreign minister also reiterated that peace in Afghanistan was necessary for regional stability, and Pakistain was consulting other countries in the region to ensure the development, prosperity, and uplifting of the war-torn country, according to reports of the presser.

However,
the hip bone's connected to the leg bone...
President Ashraf Ghani
...former chancellor of Kabul University, now president of Afghanistan. Before returning to Afghanistan in 2002 he was a scholar of political science and anthropology. He worked at the World Bank working on international development assistance. As Finance Minister of Afghanistan between July 2002 and December 2004, he led Afghanistan's attempted economic recovery until the Karzais stole all the money...
on Sunday speaking during a "digital cabinet meeting" criticized the Taliban and said: "The Taliban has not changed. They don’t have the will for peace or for development in the country."

"The Taliban allowed the international holy warrior groups into the country," Ghani said.

The Taliban has denied involvement with the international holy warrior groups.

On Thursday, Fawzia Koofi, a member of the peace negotiating team representing the Islamic Theocratic Republic of Afghanistan in the talks with the Taliban, said that the presence of foreign Taliban in the northern regions of Afghanistan, particularly along the Afghanistan-Tajikistan border, is threatening the security of those areas.

She called for swift action to neutralize them.

Meanwhile,
...back at the shootout, Butch shot Black Bart's other gun out of his other hand......
Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoyguv warned that Russia will act immediately if there is a threat emanating toward Central Asia from Afghanistan.

Chinese officials have expressed hopes that the Taliban will fight against the "East Turkestan Islamic Movement" (ETIM) Death Eaters.

"Now the activities and movements of foreign bully boyz have increased more than any time before along the border areas and in the strategic locations which have come under Taliban control, unfortunately," said Koofi.

Based on a Radio Azadi report, imported muscle reportedly with ties to Tajik Death Eater groups are present in some districts of Badakshan including Kuf Ab, Shekay, Nusay Maimai and Khawhan.

The Russian defense minister also expressed deep concerns over the movement of ISIS fighters from Syria and Libya to Afghanistan.

"This is the collective responsibility of the international community to jointly combat the East Turkestan Islamic Movement.
...sometimes called the Turkestan Islamic Party (TIP), this Uighur jihadi group is listed under Tehrik-e-Taliban in the Al Qaeda organization table. Based in Badakshan with a second branch in Al Nusra-controlled Idlib-Latakia, Syria, only a rump group remains in China. The Russians and Americans take turns killing off their Syrian emirs — last I heard they were on their third Number 1 in three years...
We hope that the Afghan Taliban draw a clear line to the terror groups and act against them seriously and robustly to remove the barriers," said Zhao Lijian, a front man for the Chinese foreign ministry.

Pakistan will not accept more Afghan refugees: Pakistan’s NSA
[KhaamaPress] National Security Advisor of Pakistain Moeed Yusuf on Saturday said in Washington that the country cannot afford additional Afghan refugees and the international community is obliged to make arrangements for them inside Afghanistan.

Yusuf has said, if civil war erupts in Afghanistan the asylum seekers should not be pushed towards them.

NSA Moeed Yusuf along with the head of Pakistain’s spying agency-inter-services Intelligence (ISI)- Faiz Hameed were visiting the United States for discussion over Afghanistan and bilateral issues. The latter has left Washington while the former is still in the United States.

When asked about Pakistain’s relations and influence over the Taliban
...mindless ferocity in a turban...
Yusuf said that they have minimum leverage. He said that if Pakistain had influence over the group they would have prevented them from destroying the Buddha idols in Bamyan province in the 1990s.

Earlier the Pak Prime Minister Imran Khan
...aka The Great Khan, who who convinced himself that playing cricket qualified him to lead a nuclear-armed nation with severe personality disorders...
also had said the country is already hosting nearly three million Afghan refugees and they do not have the capacity to accept more.

Tajikistan, a northern neighbor of Afghanistan has announced to accept up to one hundred thousand Afghan refugees but has acknowledged to remain cautious while allowing the people in and will not give refuge to those who have worked with the US.
So much for the original plan for the applicants to shelter in Tajikistan while waiting for the State Department to finishing stamping their paperwork.

[KhaamaPress] Afghanistan Ministry of Finance in an official note requested all ministries to halt or suspend their development projects due to a decline in national revenue.

The official note has also asked the government bodies to stop squander and providing National Technical Assistance (NTA) salaries.

US intends to escalate Afghanistan’s air exports: SIGAR
[KhaamaPress] The United States Special Investigation General for Afghanistan Reconstruction in its latest report stated that the country plans to boost the air exports of Afghanistan.

The plan is sketched for a four-year period i.e. 2021-2025 and is said to be using five major airports of Afghanistan.

In order for the plan to get underway, the US is closely working with the Afghan government to renovate the Hamid Maybe I'll join the Taliban Karzai

The renovation process will also create up to 20,000 jobs and will boost Afghanistan’s air exports by 30 percent.

Kashmiri youths visiting Pakistan on valid papers infiltrating back as terrorists
[OneIndia] The recent killing of terrorist Shakir Altaf Bhat and subsequent finding that he had left the country on a valid passport for studies in Pakistain in 2018 and returned as a terrorist set alarm bells ringing in the security establishment in Jammu and Kashmir
...a disputed territory lying between India and Pakistain. After partition, the Paks grabbed half of it and call it Azad (Free) Kashmir. The remainder they refer to as "Indian Occupied Kashmir". They have fought four wars with India over it, the score currently 4-0 in New Delhi's favor. After 72 years of this nonsense, India cut the Gordian knot in 2019, removing the area's special status, breaking off Ladakh as a separate state, and allowing people from other areas to settle (or in the case of the Pandits, to resettle) there....
, officials said here on Sunday.

Security agencies made a quick estimate of passports issued between 2015 and 2019, and found that out of the 40 youths who had gone to Bangladesh or Pakistain for studies, 28 had infiltrated back into the country as trained terrorists, the officials said.

The United States government initially denied the claims but later President Obama acknowledged that the downed aircraft was a US drone.

Very Interesting Hummmm! ...and on President Obama's watch too.....

#2  President Obama's watch too

The US military located it first and begged Obama for permission to destroy it. Momma Valerie and her boy decided their Iranian homies needed a nice gift, stealth packaging and all. A few years after that, the Iranians, Chinese and Russians began deploying GPS guided UAVs.

In addition, by not destroying the drone, Obama also gave the Iranians, Chinese and Russians advanced electro-optic surveillance equipment, probably a miniaturized AESA radar, multi-spectral and radiation sensors, miniaturized satellite communications and other things beyond my ken. Traitor. Spit.

#3  Not to mention a miniaturized jet engine perfect for stealthy attack and recon UAVs.

#4  The record of 'precision strikes' hasn't changed much in motivation or heading of most regimes and cults. Bombing the f* out of Germany and Japan had the effect of ending hundreds of years of militarism inherit in the culture. Just saying. Maybe someday they'll get back to waging war and not the ineffective substitute for it.

IRGC generals urge Iranian parliament to pass a bill limiting Instagram
[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] Generals in Iran’s Revolutionary Guards have urged parliament to pass the Legislation to Protect Cyberspace Users’ Rights, a proposed bill which aims to limit the use of Instagram and other social media networks in the country, Iran
...a theocratic Shiite state divided among the Medes, the Persians, and the (Arab) Elamites. Formerly a fairly civilized nation ruled by a Shah, it became a victim of Islamic revolution in 1979. The nation is today noted for spontaneously taking over other countries' embassies, maintaining whorehouses run by clergymen, involvement in international drug trafficking, and financing sock puppet militias to extend the regime's influence. The word Iran is a cognate form of Aryan. The abbreviation IRGC is the same idea as Stürmabteilung (or SA). The term Supreme Guide is a the modern version form of either Duce or Führer or maybe both. They hate Jews Zionists Jews. Their economy is based on the production of oil and vitriol...
International reported.

Parliament member Abbas Moradi said the bill aims to make Iranian users of Instagram emigrate to a new domestic platform. Instagram is the only major social network not blocked in Iran.

Moradi admitted that there is no domestic platform like Instagram at the moment, but he has promised the launch of what he released as "Instagram Plus" which he said would be "safe."

Moradi aimed that the bandwidth currently used by Instagram users will gradually be reduced in proportion to extent of its substitution by the domestic version.

Iranians have collected 800,000 online signatures against the proposed law which further restricts access to the internet.

An IRGC general has said that it is in the interest of those who complain "to engage in debauchery on cyberspace."

IRGC Brigadier-General Mohammad-Reza Naghdi urged members of parliament to end the "shameful situation" of "the hegemony of foreigners on Iranian cyberspace."

A hegemony of foreign debauches
populating our cyberspace;
using filters that are kafar,
and following Nooni Rapace.

Ayatollah you must purge
this satanic surge,
or everybody in I-ran
will be someone else fan.

#2  So how's that Islamic Revolution thing working out for all y'all? Do you miss the Shah? I know it sounds like gloating, he said trying not to gloat, but I'm actually curious. If an Islamic Revolution has brought happiness, health and prosperity to your generic Iranian person, then maybe more people should try it. Or not.

#3  Poor Iran, almost destined to hate
By a twist of logistical fate:
So far from her god
[Saudis frostily nod]
And so close to the Zionist state.
