Thousands Of Muslim Invaders Living In Scotland Have Just Won The Right To Vote
[Gov.Scot] Approval for Scottish Elections (Franchise and Representation) Bill.

The right to vote in Scottish Parliament and local government elections has been extended today, with the passing of the Scottish Elections (Franchise and Representation) Bill.

The Bill extends voting rights to all foreign nationals with leave to remain, including all those granted refugee status.

It also extends candidacy rights to foreign nationals with indefinite leave to remain, and to those with pre-settled status.

This also marks the first time in the history of the Scottish Parliament that a Bill has passed after requiring a super-majority, the support of two thirds of the 129 members elected.

Cabinet Secretary for the Constitution, Europe and External Affairs Michael Russell said:

“This Bill, a historic piece of legislation, is an example of Scotland’s ability to take the lead in making progressive reforms, and one of which we should be proud.

“It also reflects the reality of modern Scotland: a nation committed to robustly meeting our duties to the treaties that safeguard our human rights, that welcomes those who seek to join our society, and gives a democratic voice to the most marginalised in our communities.

“EU and Commonwealth citizens already have the franchise, but it was critical that we recognised the enormous contribution of others by extending the right to vote.

“This extension is especially meaningful in the atmosphere of uncertainty surrounding the UK Government’s plans for the immigration system – but instead of instilling insecurity and fear, this Government is using the powers that it has to send the message that Scotland is open, welcoming, and home to all those who so choose.

“This legislation also ensures that Scotland complies with the European Convention on Human Rights when it comes to the issue of prisoner voting, by making provision for the franchise to be extended to those serving a custodial sentence of 12 months or less.”

Turkish MPs brawl after an opposition MP insults Erdogan over Syria involvement

Brawl erupts in Turkey’s parliament over Syria involvement

[Rudaw] A fight broke out in the Ottoman Turkish parliament between politicians from opposing parties Wednesday during a tense discussion about The Sick Man of Europe Turkey
...the occupiers of Greek Asia Minor...
’s military involvement in northwest Syria.

Video images showed dozens of politicians from President His Enormity, Sultan Recep Tayyip Erdogan the First
...Turkey's version of Mohammed Morsi but they voted him back in so they deserve him. It's a sin, a shame, and a felony to insult the president of Turkey. In Anatolia did Recep Bey a stately Presidential Palace decree, that has 1100 rooms. That's 968 more than in the White House, 400 more than in Versailles, and 325 more than Buckingham Palace, so you know who's really more important...
’s party and from the main opposition party pushing each other. In the video, some are seen throwing punches while others try to pull the brawling politicians apart.

Some politicians fell to the ground during the fray, Turkey’s Haberturk television reported.

Fighting is a frequent occurrence in Turkey’s parliament. The clash on Wednesday started when Engin Ozkoc of the opposition Republican People’s Party took the rostrum. During a news conference shortly before, Ozkoc called Erdogan "dishonorable, ignoble, low and treacherous."

He also accused the president of sending the children of Turkey’s people to fight while Erdogan’s own offspring allegedly avoided long-term military service.

During a speech to members of his party, Erdogan himself had accused the opposition earlier of being "dishonorable, ignoble, low and treacherous" for questioning Turkey’s military involvement in Syria’s northwest Idlib province.

Tensions are running high following the deaths of more than 50 Ottoman Turkish soldiers in Idlib in the past month, including 33 who were killed in an attack on Thursday.

Turkey sent thousands of troops to Syria to help prevent a Russia-backed Syrian government offensive to retake Idlib province and to support Syrian opposition fighters holed up there.

Prosecutors say the mother of an Islamic terrorist who murdered 14 people in a 2015 Muslim terrorist attack on a Christmas party in California has agreed to plead guilty to destroying evidence by shredding a map her son may have used to plan the massacre.

"Shareef admitted that she knew her son had produced the document, and she believed it was directly related to his planning of the IRC attack," the statement said.

FBI missed chances to stop domestic terror attacks because of lack of follow-up
Welcome to September 10th, 2001.
[WASHINGTONTIMES] The FBI missed opportunities to stop domestic snuffies from killing Americans because field offices failed to further investigate individuals who had been labeled homegrown violent Death Eaters, the Justice Department watchdog said in a scathing report released Wednesday.

At least six snuffies who later carried out attacks killing a total of 70 people were on the FBI’s radar prior to the attacks. However,
a clean conscience makes a soft pillow...

#1  Inspector General Michael Horowitz said the FBI’s counterterrorism program division managers failed to conduct consistent oversight of its homegrown violent Death Eater assessments, allowing potential snuffies to fall through the cracks.

No "failure" involved. The evidence is compelling (to everyone but the IG), field agents were instructed to avoid muslim investigations.

#4  Anyone remember, a day or two following the bombing the FBI SAC office in Boston ran a teevee advert asking if anyone knew the identities of these two lads (Tsarnaev bros).

Boston Marathon bombing took place on 15 April 2013. Follows is an excerpt from an interesting transcript from Radio Boston at this link.

In March 2011, the FBI, through the Boston Joint Terrorism Task Force, opened an investigation into Tsarnaev. As part of the investigation, a CBP officer put him in the TECS system, one of the government’s terror watch lists. In October 2011, after receiving another warning from Russia, the CIA placed Tsarnaev in a different terror database, known as TIDE.

Bengal man sees red after his voter ID carries dog’s photo, plans to sue EC
[HindustanTimes] A West Bengal resident was shocked to see a dog’s photo instead of his own on his voter ID card and has decided to file a defamation suit against the Election Commission of India (ECI).

North Bengal resident Sunil Karmakar received his ‘corrected’ voter ID card on Tuesday. But instead of his own visage, he found himself staring at that of a hairy pooch.

“There were some errors in my voter ID card so I had applied for a correction. When the corrected card came, the information was correct, but my photo had been replaced,” the irate 64-year-old voter of Bewa II’s Ramnagar village in Bengal’s Murshidabad said.

Karmakar feels the error was intentional and intended to humiliate him in public. “People who saw my card, mocked it publicly. I will drag the Election Commission of India (ECI) to court,” he said.

The mistake may have occurred due to the large-scale panic across Bengal over a possible citizenship screening exercise. Over the past few months, more than 0.83 million peoole including 0.24 million new voters from 22 Assembly segments in Murshidabad district, scrambled to apply for fresh voter IDs and rectifications of errors in existing ones. The district administration had cancelled leave for all government employees to ensure an error free voters’ list.

Is Muqtada al-Sadr able to snuff out Iraq’s mass street protests
[THEBAGHDADPOST] When Iraq's anti-government protests began last year, it was supporters of renowned Shiite Muslim cleric Moqtada al-Sadr who added heft.

They came in the thousands, manning front lines during clashes with riot police and providing security for the demonstrators as they settled in for the long haul.

Now, it might be Sadr who extinguishes their fight.

A flurry of statements from the cleric in recent months has fractured the movement, prompting accusations of betrayal. He has pulled his supporters away from protest camps and then sent those followers back to battle those who remained.

Threats made by his militiamen have sent political activists into hiding. Sadr’s followers have attacked his critics with knives.

“They’re insulting Sadr, and we can’t allow it,” cried one of his supporters, Saeed Alaa al-Yassiri, on a recent day in Baghdad’s central Tahrir Square as his group pushed other demonstrators back with sticks and knives. “They’re serving American agendas now. This square needs to be cleaned.”

Sadr is a storied figure in Iraq, with a history of agitation against U.S. troops and fierce loyalty from tens of thousands of pious and working class acolytes.

But he is also something of a shape-shifter; in the years since the 2003 U.S.-led invasion, the cleric has positioned himself variously as a sectarian militia leader, a revolutionary figure and a nationalist who can unify the country. His reliance on Iranian support has also waxed and waned, depending at times, it has seemed, on the optics for his political base.

But Iraq’s youth movement has emerged as a challenge to his long-standing image as a man who can command the country’s streets. As the largest spontaneous uprising in the country’s history, the protest movement has already felled one government and rejected a prime minister-designate that Sadr had backed. The candidate, Mohamed Tawfiq Allawi, stepped aside Sunday.

More than 500 demonstrators have been killed by Iraq’s security forces and Iran-backed militias since October, human rights and security officials say. The violence has turned what started as anti-corruption protests into a revolt against the entire political system, with growing anger and mockery directed at Iran’s leading role — and now at the cleric himself.

“In this sense, it is the nature of Iraq’s protest politics that has changed, not Sadr himself,” said Ben Robin-D’Cruz, a researcher on Iraqi politics at the University of Edinburgh.

Netanyahu: Gantz trying to steal the election
[JPOST] Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu accused Blue and White leader Benny Gantz of trying to steal Monday's election on Wednesday after Gantz began efforts to pass a law that would prevent an indicted MK from forming a government.

Speaking at a meeting of the MKs in his right-wing bloc, Netanyahu said the effort to pass the bill would undermine democracy. The leaders of the parties in his bloc vowed to remain united and insist that only Netanyahu form the next government.

"This is an effort to divide the nation when we are facing serious challenges like the corona crisis," Netanyahu said in the part of the meeting that was open to the press. "There are also opportunities like US President Donald Trump
...the Nailer of NAFTA...
's plan that require us to be united and respect the will of the people."

After the press was asked to leave the room, Netanyahu upgraded his attack on Gantz, saying that he was worse than Iranian Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Hosseini Khamenei.
"In Iran, they disqualify candidates before their elections, but here Gantz is doing it after an election despite the results," Netanyahu said.

Turkish-backed forces enacting ‘fundamental change’ in north Syria demography
[Rudaw] A Russia defense ministry-affiliated commission for reconciliation in Syria has accused Ottoman Turkish-backed forces of committing "fundamental change" in the demography of once predominantly Kurdish areas in northern Syria.

Ottoman Turkish and The Sick Man of Europe Turkey
...the only place on the face of the earth that misses the Ottoman Empire...
-backed forces have displaced some 250,000 Kurds from the northwest Syrian district of Afrin, and 135,000 from Sari Kani (Ras al-Ain) and Gire Spi (Tel Abyad) ‐ resettling ethnic Turkmen in their place, according to a statement released Tuesday by the Russian Center for Reconciliation in Syria, established in 2016 as a joint Russia-Turkey enterprise.

In early 2018, Turkey invaded the Kurdish enclave of Afrin with the help of its Syrian proxies. It launched another offensive on northern Syria in October 2019, this time driving the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) out of major towns along north Syria-Turkey border areas.

In Afrin, a widespread campaign of demographic change has been ongoing for almost two years. Much of its original Kurdish population now live in displacement camps in nearby Tel Riffat, Shahba and Sherawa.

Speaking to Rudaw on Tuesday night, Bashar Amin, a member of the Kurdistan Democratic Party-Syria (PDK-S) which forms part of the Syrian Kurdish National Council (ENKS) echoed the reconciliation center's statement.

Demographic change in once Kurdish-majority areas has been raised in meetings with American, Russian, and French officials, Amin said, who have urged "unity among the Kurdish sides."

The PDK-S official added that the aforementioned countries have agreed to act as guarantors in order for them to be able to stop the continued demographic changes of the Kurdish region.

"They have not turned down our request to become guarantees. Our meetings with them will continue," Amin said.

An ENKS delegation met last month with Ottoman Turkish foreign minister Mevlut Cavusoglu to discuss abuses and demographic changes.

Turkey’s foreign minister rejected demographic change at the meeting and supported the return of displaced families to their homes, according to an ENKS post-meeting statement.

A report published Tuesday by the UN’s Independent International Commission of Inquiry on Syria apportioned blame for civilian casualties across international parties involved in conflicts across northern Syria, including Russia.

The UN panel accused Moscow for the first time of direct involvement in war crimes for the indiscriminate bombing of civilian areas in Idlib, where Moscow has provided air support in the Syrian regime’s push to take the northwest Syrian province and its surrounding areas from the control of Hayat Tahrir al-Sham, formerly al-Nusra, before that it was called something else
...al-Qaeda's Syrian affiliate, from which sprang the Islamic State...
(HTS) jihadists and their allied, Ottoman Turkish-backed rebel groups.

In two incidents ‐ one recorded in July, the other in August - the Russian Air Force "did not direct the attacks at a specific military objective, amounting to the war crime of launching indiscriminate attacks in civilian areas," the report said.

Ottoman Turkish-backed Syrian proxies are accused by the inquiry of arbitrary arrest and torture, and looting of properties of Kurds in Afrin.

"Cases of detentions, killings, beatings and abductions, in addition to widespread looting and appropriation of civilian homes, by a variety of gangs operating under the umbrella of the Syrian National Army have been documented, in a consistent, discernible pattern previously documented in Afrin," the report detailed.

"The reported incidents primarily affected Kurdish residents in Afrin and adjacent areas," the report added. "Syrian National Army (SNA) fighters have placed family members in some of the homes of Kurdish owners who fled the area and provided "rental contracts" to newly accommodated individuals," it said of the SNA, an umbrella of Turkey-backed Syrian proxy groups.
