[National Insiders] Senate investigators have demanded that Hunter Biden turn over a mountain of evidence following bombshell emails and text messages which appear to show he and his business partners engaging in an international influence-peddling scheme while his father was Vice President of the United States, according to CBS News’ Catherine Herridge — who brought receipts as usual.
"According to recent reports that published emails allegedly from your client’s laptop, the Committees have identified your client as an individual involved in one or more of these business arrangements or financial transactions," reads a Wednesday letter from Sens. Ron Johnson and Chuck Grassley.
"As part of the ongoing efforts to validate and verify the information in those emails, the Committees request that your client provide all records related to any of your client’s business dealings—including, but not limited, to bank records, wire transfers, account balances, gifts, business transactions, travel records—with Joe Biden, James Biden, Ye Jianming, Chi Ping Patrick Ho, Zang Jian Jun, Gongwen Dong, Mervyn Yan, Gabriel Popoviciu, or any other associates regarding CEFC China Energy Co. Ltd or any other transactions related to business in Romania, China, Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Czech Republic, or any other countries."
Biden’s lawyers have until Friday to comply.
Over the last week, alleged emails, text messages and compromising photographs from Hunter Biden’s laptop and his former business partners reveal that Joe Biden was directly involved in Hunter’s business dealings, and appears to have directly profited from them.
Chatted about the BCF (Biden Crime Family) story with an acquaintance who's a top scribe at one of the (few remaining) prestigious media outlets. He's a nice guy who generally plays it straight.
So I thought he'd be sympathetic, as he has been in the past, to my gentle nudging him and his colleagues to jump on this story and present a more balanced approach than their Trump-loathing peers.
Instead I got a sh!tstorm of snarling, nasty, unhinged denials.
When I noted that his/their refusal to even mention or report on the Bobulinski statement was causing their supporters to turn away from the media in disgust and would eventually lead to their being viewed as Pravda, he sneered: Actually it's the NY Post and Fox News that are acting like Pravda. I'll take my chances that our credibility holds up better than theirs. But thanks for the feedback.
When even the straight shooters abandon all reason and objectivity, it's clear that the system of an independent, credible press in America are numbered.
I've no idea what to do about it, but it seems undeniable that our republic's on its last legs.
Anyone having knowledge as to the identity, whereabouts, or activities of this person of interest, please notify the FBI Special Agent In Charge of our Pasco, Washington field office. Operators are standing by.
it's clear that the system of an independent, credible press in America are numbered.
Actually, the system of an independent, credible press is throwing up viable new candidates in all directions these days, from the pioneering WND and Newsmax to the polished output of Epoch Times and the Daily Caller, not that Grampaw Tholump7738‘s acquaintance will be offered a job with one of their organizations. Sadly, the old mainstream media organization he is depending on to provide him a pension as generous as the peak paycheck he’s receiving considerably less than nowadays —in these times of recurring payroll and budget cuts — will no doubt be defunct by the time he needs it. A sad but inevitable reward for replacing loyalty to an ideal with loyalty to a class position.
“People like us don’t think things like that”, donchaknow. It will be interesting to watch them look back on it all, ten or twenty years down the line, and every one of them until now proud of their intelligence and insight.
Not really "viable" if the "new candidate" media organization breaks the biggest political scandal in over half a century and the consequence is that public is allowed to ignore or dismiss it and then reward the central criminal in the scandal with the presidency.
Grampaw Tholump is correct. A tiny dissident press with no influence is no match for Pravda

The wisdom of crowds agrees. 9mm is now going for $1.20/rnd...if you can get it!
Aye, ah'n ye be see'n a wee leprechaun.
The sad story of the other day's customer. Couple months ago, had the opportunity to buy a case of 9mm for $150. Nah, he said, more than what he wanted to pay for what at the time didn't think was needed. You'd think he was telling the story of his dog getting run over.
Its not the President who killed America. Its not the Judiciary who killed America. Its not the Congress who killed America. It was the press, all along. Without an informed population of voters, a democracy based Republic cannot function properly.
Hang the press, especially the publishers and editors who deliberately abdicated their duty to honesty and fidelity.
[Twitchy] SEN. LINDSEY GRAHAM: Mark Zuckerberg, Jack Dorsey to testify before Senate Judiciary Committee on November 17 on censorship and suppression of news articles Via Twitter. Graham has reverted to his spineless, toothless, RINO behavior. Two weeks AFTER the elections. Hey Stupid, this means there will be little to no consequences and no remedy of the censorship and manipulation to the current election. Didn't the liberals used to say: Justice Delayed is Justice Denied.

If he could throw the Senate to the Dems without losing his own perch, he'd do it.
The election is a week and a half away. Some of that time is going to be spent on confirming a new Supreme Court judge.
There is no question Twitter and Facebook need a slap upside the head. And 230 needs to be fixed. Expect some grand-standing senate hearings, a legal battle, an injunction, a restraining order, an appeal, etc. as the role of social media gets re-negotiated. Do you really expect all that to happen before 3-Nov ?
The reason that my wife and I are voting for him is that Jaime Harrison and a Democratic-controlled Senate are nightmares that we would rather not have.
I have a feeling this is where a substantial part of his victory margin comes from. Now is the time to make sure plans are in place to make this his final term. Who does SC have that's more like Sen Tim Scott for 2026? Or maybe run Haley if shes not VP in 2024.

Um... the fact that it's Adam Schiff we're talking about aside, why not recognize Artsakh? It might slow down the genocide the Turks are planning for its inhabitants. And the Russians might get on board, in which case it could stop it without firing a shot.

No fan of Erdogan, but I'd just as soon we keep out of this as much as possible, save for observers to see how much "fifth generation warfare" is really going on in this conflict, and how it's working IRL.
The unofficially official Egyptian view of things.
[Al Ahram] At least five more Arab nations want relations with Israel, US President Donald Trump said Friday after Sudan became the latest country in the region to agree to normalize ties with the Jewish state.
"We have at least five that want to come in," Trump told reporters in the White House as he held a three-way phone conversation with the prime ministers of Israel and Sudan.
Arab? Have to be Oman, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Algeria, and Syria. Iraq would like to, but it would signal the death of that country. Ditto Kuwait. If one considers Morocco an Arab nation, then eliminate Syria or Lebanon. Tunisia possible, but it must eliminate its Muslim Brotherhood first.
I think Morocco is considered an Arab country by most, despite its lack of proximity to the Middle East, as is Mauritania, actually (both of them could possibly agree to a peace treaty, neither have real skin in this game). I would also bet on Algeria, Oman, and Saudi Arabia. And Tunisia and Syria could both be dickering to various levels, though how serious either of them are is up for debate. Either way, it's a clear paradigm shift.
[NationalPulse] Hunter Biden's e-mail account appears to show that his father, former Vice President Joe Biden, used the pseudonym "Peter Henderson" when trading e-mails with his family, the National Pulse can exclusively reveal.
"Peter Henderson"....? A registered cover name? Did Peter have an accommodation address (post office box) somewhere in Delaware or D.C.? Driver's license, Social Security card, credit cards, or bank accounts (foreign or domestic), or ever travel on the Lolita Express in cover name ?
Peter Henderson is a KGB mole that infiltrated the US Government. In 1970, he was working as a minor Senate aide. During the planning of Boxwood Green, a secret operation to rescue Robin Zacharias and other POWs from a camp in Vietnam, Henderson outed the mission to the Soviet Union. Despite this, the mission's lead, John Kelly captured the camp's Soviet interrogator Nikolay Grishanov and used him as leverage to negotiate the transfer of Zacharias and the other POWs to Hanoi Hill where they would later be returned to the United States.
Following Kelly's return from Vietnam, CIA Agent Robert Ritter misidentified Wally Hicks as the mole which lead to his death at the hands of Kelly. Kelly used a heroin overdoes to cover up Hicks' assassination.
Henderson was later caught by the CIA in 1984 and made a double agent. In 1986, Henderson was offered his freedom due to his extensive knowledge of secret information on the Soviet Union.
[PJMEDIA] On Thursday, The bankrupt, increasingly impoverished, reliably Democrat, Detroit ... ruled by Democrats since 1962. A city whose Golden Age included the Purple Gang... News endorsed Republican John James over incumbent Democrat Gary Peters for U.S. Senate.
"It is an honor to have the endorsement of one of Michigan’s most prestigious and well-read publications," James said in response to the endorsement. "Our state and nation are currently at a crossroads, and Michigan has the choice between a combat veteran or a career politician, a war fighter or a gaslighter. It’s time for Michigan to have effective leadership in the Senate where no voice will be left out."
It appears that Twitter isn’t too happy about this endorsement and is warning users who attempt to share it that headlines "don’t tell the full story." The platform suggests that users read the article before they retweet it.
Here’s a screenshot of the warning that appears when you attempt to retweet the article.
This bizarre warning on a political endorsement comes a week after Twitter blocked users from sharing the New York Post bombshell report about Hunter Biden’s laptop.
Why is Twitter placing an unnecessary warning on the story? Is it because John James, an African American Republican, is polling well in the race and could win, and his victory could decide which party will control the Senate?
I can’t help but wonder.
The endorsement itself could not have been more glowing.
"Michigan would gain increased influence and better representation for its people in the U.S. Senate by electing John James," The Detroit News editorial board wrote. "It would also send to the Senate a natural leader who could well become one of the chamber’s most powerful members."
[NYPOST] The city will deploy a team of "observers" to low-income and immigrant communities to thwart voter intimidation on Election Day, Mayor Comrade Bill de Blasio ...cryptocommie mayor of New York and for some reason a Dem candidate for president in 2020. Corrupt and incompetent, his qualifications for office seem to consist of being married to a black woman, with whom he honeymooned in Cuba. He has a preppy-looking son named Dante, whose Divine Comedy involved getting his back hair up when a police car drove past him slowly. New Yorkers voted for him, so they deserve him... said Friday."Clearly President Trump has tried to discourage people from voting, suggested election results will not be legitimate," the mayor said on MSNBC’s "Morning Joe."
"Some of his followers clearly have been practicing intimidation tactics around this country."
De Blasio said an "election observer corps" — comprised of hundreds of lawyers, city officials and volunteers — will be "out there protecting the vote" on Nov. 3.
"We know where this is going to be targeted, it’s where it’s always been targeted — lower-income communities, immigrant communities where people of color live," he said. "That’s where intimidation efforts have been over the years."
"We’re going to have a strong voter protection effort because you cannot let this election be stolen by intimidation," Hizzoner added.
The city’s move follows an announcement earlier this week by the NYPD that more coppers will be stationed at all 1,201 polling places across the five boroughs, as well as the 88 locations where early voting will take place beginning Saturday.
[PAGESIX] Ireland Baldwin used her breasts to encourage followers to vote. The daughter of Alec Baldwin and Kim Basinger posed topless — using "I voted" stickers as nipple pasties — on Instagram to show she had cast her ballot in the upcoming presidential election. Who is Ireland Baldwin and why should her bewbies influence anyone's decision to vote.
"Voting is cool and so are disproportionate boobs," the 25-year-old model quipped in the caption. I suppose that applies to testicles too. It still doesn't make a lot of sense.
Ireland’s stepmom, Hilaria Baldwin, appeared to approve of her message by posting two yellow heart emojis in the comments section.
Baldwin’s daring look breaks away from celebrities who have been using fashion to get out the vote.
