[Jpost] The US Justice Department on Tuesday accused Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, author of a tell-all book about first lady Melania Trump, of breaking their nondisclosure agreement and asked a court to set aside profits from the book in a government trust.
In a complaint filed in US District Court in Washington, Justice Department lawyers said Wolkoff, a former aide who fell out with the first lady, failed to submit to government review a draft of her book, Melania and Me: The Rise and Fall of My Friendship with the First Lady, which offers an unflattering portrayal of President Donald Trump's wife.
"The United States seeks to hold Ms. Wolkoff to her contractual and fiduciary obligations and to ensure that she is not unjustly enriched by her breach of the duties she freely assumed when she served as an adviser to the first lady," said a copy of the complaint seen by Reuters.
The book was published six weeks ago.
The complaint says Wolkoff and Mrs. Trump in August 2017 sealed a "Gratuitous Services Agreement" related to “nonpublic, privileged and/or confidential information” that she might obtain during her service under the agreement.
"This was a contract with the United States and therefore enforceable by the United States," said Justice Department spokeswoman Kerri Kupec.

Out of the 10 most recent polls used, 9 were "likely voters", 7 were online.
Prior to August 15th polls were mostly registered voters. An obvious switch of data points stacking the results. DNC Pravda is laying it on thick with no worries of being reported as liars.

About a week ago, O'Reilly was interviewed on News Max and he also said Biden is likely to take the election.
I don't believe it. IMO, we are in for a repeat of 2016 but even with a larger margin. There is no enthusiasm for Biden. A handful of people show up at Biden rallies if anyone shows at all. Compare that with Trump rallies. They are huge even in this COVID-19 environment.

Liberals are exaggerating their lead so folks down feel hopeless. Conservatives are mostly going along lest overconfidence leads to low turnout and loss.
We are getting near the point when the polling folks start to slowly drift closer to reality to avoid looking like total fools and not worth paying in future elections.

T.W. I wondered what happened to the Drudge site. At some point the change in the site became very noticeable. It tended to be left of center but then it went pretty far left of center. In addition it had an anti-Trump aspect to it.
It is a personal opinion. Now I graduated in statitics and while I forgot most of the maths I still have the thinking habits. Like using indicators. Or considering structure effects (the part about Republicans in houses and Democrats in appartments that is why I compared Biden and Clinton).
I would need more indicators and a larger sample of people to be totally sure but I am sceptical about a Biden's victory without ballot stuffing

Biden's supporters are scared shitless of the pandemic and won't go to work, school, ballgames, or rallys. You probably know some. There are a lot of them. They are the same people who didn't show for Clinton rallys in 2016. I recall Trump barely beat her. Some call them yellow-dog democrats.
Will mail in voting, immigration and cheating we don't know about, this race is very close. IMO.

Show us the polls' sampling methodologies. What percentages of D and R, college- and non, white black etc did you use in your sample? How do these samples compare to actual voting population percentages?
Also: Tell us how many of the Republicans who were contacted chose not to respond, and how that % compares to the % of Democratic refusers. Are these equivalent? Are they even anywhere in the same region, or is it the cause that 3x, 4x or even 8x as many Republicans refuse to give information to political surveyors than do Democrats?
Do all of the above and maybe then we can talk about your ludicrously slanted polls.

Breibart had a story yesterday about the Staten Island GOP tacking a $5 fee (non-refundable) onto their rally seats so that if the Bidennettes tried the swwamp the event with no shows, they had to pay for it. They got nearly $16,000.
