[NYPOST] A Texas man is facing federal charges for allegedly breaching the White House grounds on Sunday — by zipping through an exit gate on a moped while carrying a knife and bag of weed in his pocket.The Secret Service says Eric Paul Mangold was spotted on a moped around 6:30 p.m. speeding through the exit gate at Alexander Hamilton and 15th Street NW just as someone was leaving, according to court papers unsealed Monday.
Mangold then allegedly zoomed south along East Executive Avenue, which runs adjacent to the White House, before stopping at another vehicle gate at East Executive and E Street NW.
That’s where Secret Service officers surrounded Mangold with their guns drawn and detained him.
Mangold allegedly told the officers that he had a knife on him, which turned up in his jacket pocket during a search, along with a white plastic bag.
"When asked what the bag was the defendant stated, ’It was weed,'" the court papers say.
Mangold, who also had a Texas driver’s license on him, admitted he did not have an appointment at the White House, the filing says.
He is charged with entering or remaining in a restricted building or grounds and unlawful entry.

Of course, Governor Kate Brown (D) wasn't exactly winning any popularity contests as it was. Now, after her ridiculous orders--which would force families of seven or more to turn away their own children from the meal--she's become a national punchline. So let me get this straight, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) tweeted: "You can be jailed for having too many people over for Thanksgiving. But if you want to riot and loot in Portland, no sweat!" That's right, Jason Rantz mocked. "In Oregon, they're tougher on families than they are on Antifa!"
The optics certainly aren't great for the state--threatening criminal sanctions against people for eating turkey together, when they let locals shoot themselves up with killer drugs. And yet, Brown didn't shy away from the harsh rhetoric. "I am not asking you [to limit gatherings]," the governor said last week. "I am ordering you." Charles Boyle, the governor's spokesperson, was just as threatening. "If people aren't going to take this virus seriously, we are prepared to offer consequences." And those consequences, they aren't shy to say, include jail time.
It's an incredible government overreach. In Pennsylvania, Governor Tom Wolf (D) is demanding that families wear marks in their own homes! That's absurd, especially, PJ Media's Tyler O'Neil pointed out, when a lot of these liberal leaders (like Gavin Newsom, D-Calif.) aren't even following their own rules. It's not the government's business to tell Americans how they can set their Thanksgiving tables--or if you can set it for that matter.
It might make more sense if they showed half as much care about people's lives when it comes to drug addiction or the STD pandemic. You don't see Governor Brown racing to stop the risky sexual activity that's infecting 20 million new people each year and costing taxpayers $16 billion to treat. People die from that too. And what does the Left say? "Stay out of our bedrooms." Fine, then it's time they get out of our dining rooms!

He could have had it released a year before the elections, or a year from now, once another administration had been settled. Obama loves to pontificate and will take any opportunity given to do so. Because he was the leader of the free world for 8 years, he will always be given a stage to do just that. Today’s stage was Charlamagne tha God’s Breakfast Club morning show.
Obama was with "his people", so he put on his best "black voice", and spouted his usual bromides and platitudes from 2008-2016 about a "better day" for Americans and Black people. Same Hopey, Changey, mish-mash that is about as deep as a mud puddle and has just as much clarity.
As during his presidency, he talked in generalities without diving deeply into connecting those generalities to real-life or real-world experience. Apparently, his book is 768 pages—obviously, Bill Ayers did not write this one for him—so Obama’s penchant for bloviating spills over into this bloated written work.
Charlamagne tha God asked what did Obama do for Black people while he was in office. Obama claimed,
"Poverty dropped faster than everyone else, Black income went up faster than everyone else. We didn’t advertise that.
"A lot of my policies were targeted toward people most in need, those people were disproportionately African-American."
"At the end of the day, there is no way in 8 years to make up for 200 years."
Is that the President’s job, even the first Black Bi-Racial one? I don’t think so. Increasing food stamp distribution and spouting about how Trayvon Martin could have been your son, are not policy prescriptions that helped anyone, especially Black people. But do sound off about all the difficulties you had during your presidency in "helping" Black folks.

Because I have ignored Obama since he left the presidential stage, I had forgotten how demeaning he could be to people he dislikes or doesn’t understand. He attempts to sound reasonable, but his contempt bleeds through like a leaky pen on white silk.
In his discussion on the Senate run-off in Georgia, he went on a tangent about how the rest of the country doesn’t think like "us" urbane city dwellers:
"But listen, it’s hard winning in Georgia. Just like it’s hard winning in Iowa. Just like it’s hard winning in a lot of the country.
He would know because he won both. He had the goodwill and votes of white people, religious people, gay people, straight people, people of all stripes across the country. Yet, he shows his appreciation by continuing to insult them.
"One thing I hope the book also reminds us of; those of us who live in D.C., or New York, or L.A., sometimes we do not have a good enough sense of how big this country is and how a lot of folks do not accept at all things that we, who are living in Urban, Metropolitan areas just take for granted."
Like, what, Arugula? Obama makes no bones that he considers the rest of the country that is not a major metropolitan center, hicks and rubes, reminiscent of his Bitter-Clinger comment during the 2008 election.
Then, his distaste for Black people who are not like him peeks through. "I deeply believe that people should be treated equally, under the law, regardless of sexual orientation. [...] But we all, I mean, I think there’s huge chunks of my community where that’s still controversial."
And who doesn’t? I’ve traveled quite a bit, and there are thriving Gay communities in rural areas as well as urban areas. And who is "my community"? Rich DC elitist? Or the Hollywood set with too much money and too little sense? Obama makes it appear that Gays are hated outside of urban areas and in the Republican Party. Ever heard of Richard Grenell? Ricky Rebel? There was and is prominent support of Trump in the Gay community, but the narcissist that Obama is, he assumes because Obergefell v. Hodges happened during this presidency, that he has a handle of what matters to the Gay community.
He’s an idiot.
As is his wont, Obama droned on, and this is the comment that got the most steam:

But, there are a lot of evangelical Hispanics who, the fact that Trump says racist things about Mexicans or puts detainees, undocumented workers in cages, they think that’s less important than the fact that he supports their views on gay marriage and abortion."
Of course, his fan club at The Breakfast Club didn’t even challenge him on the fact that "children in cages" was instituted on his watch. So, in this entire ramble, he insults people of faith and maligns an entire ethnic group because they do not support killing babies.
If this type of crap had come out of anyone else’s mouth, you’d hear an outcry. But 44 gets away with it and it’s considered erudite.

[WND] In a blockbuster video witness statement, a poll challenger who was at the vote-tabulating center in Detroit on election night described dozens of incidences of fraud of various kinds during the count, including an early morning dump of ballots for Joe Biden.
After nearly 40 minutes of testimony, Detroit resident and congressional candidate Articia Bomer confirmed that no one paid her to speak out, the Gateway Pundit reported.
"This is volunteer, this is for justice," she said firmly. "And this is to go all the way to the Supreme Court, if we have to, because I saw what I saw, I made notes, and justice needs to be served."
Bomer, who ran as a candidate for the U.S. Taxpayers Party, said the Democrats "cheated" and the election needs to be "redone."
Bomer was asked if she has confidence in the election results in Wayne County.
"I don't have any confidence in any of the election process after this fraud happened right before my eyes," she said.
"I'm traumatized by it," Bomer continued. " ... It hurts my heart, my spirit, my soul."
In her testimony, she recounts:
Hearing an announcement of 50 boxes arriving at 4 a.m. that turned out to be ballots for Joe Biden;
Hearing that the Biden ballot dump was counted and processed in an impossibly short amount of time;
Witnessing officials tamper with vote tabulators;
Ballot harvesting operations by a local church;
Poll workers overriding the votes and changing Trump votes to Biden;
Poll workers refusing to count Trump votes;
Poll workers bringing in luggage and boxes that could have contained illegal ballots;
Poll workers using deceitful tactics and colluding with Democrats to try and expel Republican poll challengers;
GOP poll challengers being ejected from observing the vote count;
GOP poll challengers were observing illegal ballots and their objections were ignored;
Poll workers being obvious Democratic partisans
Suspicious meetings of the poll workers; and
A Detroit poll worker who used correction tape to rig the machines to generate errors that could be overridden by staff.

Incidentally, there’s another lawsuit filed in Georgia by the Amistad Project. It appears to be contesting over 100k votes:

[Gateway Pundit] The DOJ appointed Robert Heberle, the acting Chief of the "Public Integrity Section" (PIS) of the Criminal Division of the Department, to investigate and prosecute "election related" crimes two weeks ago. This followed in the wake of the very public resignation of the prior prosecutor who refused to follow the President’s agenda. Heberle and PIS are notorious for prosecuting conservatives and being hitmen for conservative politicians. Apparently appointed acting head by the outgoing head, Richard Pilger.
Heberle is a 36 year old Yale Law graduate, and is known for the prosecution of innocent Congressman Steve Stockman, convicted of fraud when both donors in his trial admitted that they were not defrauded, did not feel defrauded, and where all the government witnesses admitted there was no fraudulent scheme pushed upon those donors. Stockman is serving a ten-year prison sentence for fundraising crimes, even though by all accounts he did not take the money involved.
Heberle started at the Department of Justice’s PIS in 2011 at the height of Obama’s power, and official crimes and executive branch reign of terror.
Heberle has been part of a DOJ Section — PIS — that is notorious for flawed political prosecutions, most notably that of former Senator Ted Stevens. Stevens was ultimately exonerated by the Court prior to sentencing only because an internal FBI whistleblower came forward to say that critical witnesses were coerced, evidence of innocence was withheld, estimates used to indict Stevens were completely fabricated, and trial witnesses that were harmful to the government’s prosecution were flown out of the area to make them impossible to find. The crimes of this Section were so serious they caused former Attorney General Holder to immediately dismiss the case and order an internal investigation. That investigation about prosecutorial misconduct caused prosecutor Nicholas Marsh to commit suicide.
DOJ has no qualms about using prosecutions to affect elections and outcomes. Taking out Sen. Stevens was critical to giving Democrats the 60th vote for Obamacare.

President Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani was on fire and brought in several very credible witnesses.
One very credible witness described how he personally observed dozens of USB cards being uploaded to voting machines which resulted in 50,000 votes for Joe Biden in a short period of time.
Another witness described the huge "spikes" in Pennsylvania ballots that went 600,000 to Joe Biden vs 3,200 for Trump and the crowd gasped.
Rudy Giuliani pointed two huge gaps with Pennsylvania’s mail-in ballots.
"You have two major gaps — you have the 672,770 votes that were not inspected by anyone secretly put into the ballot box and then you have this gap that I don’t understand between the mail-in ballots. You’ve sent out: 1.8 million and the number you counted: 2.5 million!" Rudy said.
Rudy continued, "That's totally impossible to explain other than what some of the other witnesses were suggesting that they were basically stuffing the ballot box. I believe what happened was that they never expected to be behind by 700,000 or 800,000 votes on election night. They expected to be behind by a couple hundred thousand ‐ in Philadelphia to steal a couple hundred thousand votes, they do it every year, that's not going to be tough. Now you have a real big problem so you had to create mail-in ballots, you had to stretch it out for a while…"

He continued, "They only uploaded about once every 2 or 3 hours. I demanded they updated the vote so I could see what the result was and it was 50,000 votes — and as a computer scientist, an American and a patriot it doesn’t matter who those 50,000 votes were — I’ll tell you they were for Biden but what was shocking to me as an American and someone who has gone to sea, gone to war that could even happen."
Strenstrom said, "In all cases the chain of custody was broken."
"It was broken for the mail in ballots, the drop box ballots, the election day USB card flash drives, in all cases they didn’t follow any of the procedures defined by the Board of Delaware County of Elections," he said.
It doesn’t matter how many times we point this out. Elected officials absolutely see themselves as the ruling class, telling all you peasants out there how to best live your lives for THEIR convenience.

Later in the interview — as well as during his news conference earlier in the day — Cuomo warned New Yorkers who plan on holding Thanksgiving celebrations as usual that it was dangerous given that the virus can spread in large indoor gatherings. He previously signed an executive order limiting private indoor gatherings to a max of 10 people."

About 30 minutes before the flight, Hancock’s account tweeted out to "avoid travel, if you can" in order to slow the spread of COVID-19."

Even more sickening than watching electoral fraud is the gut-wrenching knowledge that our media can so easily impose a nationwide news blackout on solid, eyewitness, extensively documented evidence of a candidate's family selling access to the White House to foreign actors including high officials in the CCP.

[THEEPOCHTIMES] The head of the Arizona Republican Party has filed a petition for early inspection of mail-in ballot envelopes and signatures, ahead of an anticipated legal challenge over the certified state results.
The court petition, filed yesterday against the 11 Arizona Democrat presidential electors, also seeks inspection of duplicate ballots with their originals in Maricopa County.
The petition was filed by Arizona Republican Party chairwoman Kelli Ward.
"A formal legal elections challenge is expected to be filed soon alleging that the process used to validate ballots returned by mail was legally insufficient," said a statement by the Arizona Republican Party. "The critical process of verifying a signature determines whether a vote is counted."
Direct legal challenges to the statewide canvass cannot be filed until the canvass is completed and the state is certified, most likely on Nov. 30, according to the suit.
"Given the number of ballot envelopes that will potentially need to be inspected, the lawsuit seeks to begin the process of discovery as soon as possible," said the GOP statement in reference to papers filed on Nov. 24.
Mailed ballots are the dominant voting method in Arizona, with 3,490, 271 ballots mailed in the course of this year’s election.
The papers also allege that some suburbs in Maricopa County had an unusually high number of duplicated ballots. They also allege that the results were "strongly inconsistent" with voter registration data in terms of party affiliation and historical voting patterns.
Duplicate ballots are used when the original is too damaged or is filled out in such a way that it cannot be run through a tabulator.
The papers ask Arizona’s Superior Court to subpoena the Maricopa County Board and Elections Officials to compare "duplicate" ballots to originals in Maricopa County and to subpoena for an inspection of mail-in ballots and envelopes and to compare with signatures on file.

[KDVR] The mayor of Longmont said he wants hospitals to refuse treatment to COVID-19 patients from places not enforcing the state’s restrictions aimed at slowing the spread of the coronavirus (aka COVID19 or Chinese Plague) ...the twenty first century equivalent of bubonic plague, only instead of killing off a third of the population of Europe it kills 3.4 percent of those who notice they have it. It seems to be fond of the elderly, especially Iranian politicians and holy men... .In a letter sent Tuesday, Mayor Brian Bagley directed the city manager and city attorney to prepare an ordinance that would make it illegal for any hospital or health care provider to treat a resident of a county or municipality where officials have refused to comply with Gov. Jared Polis’ emergency orders.
"Longmont must protect its hospitals so as to guarantee that they will be able to provide adequate medical treatment for its residents when needed, and not be pushed beyond their capacity," Bagley wrote.
In his letter, Bagley notes the rapidly rising COVID-19 hospitalization in Weld County. As of last week, according to the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, 45 out of 48 intensive care unit beds in Weld County were in use.
Bagley also said Weld County "uses Longmont’s available hospital capacity, at least in part, as a reason to refuse to comply with the governor’s emergency orders.
Longmont is located in both Weld and Boulder counties.
Last week, the CDPHE moved Weld County straight from "Level Yellow" to "Level Red" restrictions (bypassing Orange). The CDPHE said the stricter measures were imposed after it requested a COVID-19 mitigation plan from Weld County on Nov. 3 but did not receive one. Since then, the county’s positivity rate rose from roughly 11% to about 16%. Additionally, the number of new cases reported over a two-week period more than doubled from 1,479 to 3,442.
In response to moving to Level Red, Weld County commissioners then issued a statement saying the county will not enforce the new restrictions. It encouraged residents and businesses to make decisions they felt were best for them.

It’s possible the ward’s population has increased in recent years. It does sport several new apartment buildings and reports over 2,100 registered voters. But voter registrations don’t necessarily reflect how many people actually live there. Most commonly, many voters don’t cancel their registrations when they move.

Georgia election law says your residential address must be the place you actually live. Anyone who "knowingly gives false information when registering as an elector" can be charged with a felony and put in prison for up to 10 years or fined up to $100,000.

[THEEPOCHTIMES] A judge in Nevada has agreed to a court date next month to hear from Republicans who allege widespread voter fraud.
First Judicial District Court Judge James Russell set a Dec. 3 evidentiary hearing in the case, which is being presented by President Donald Trump ...The tack in the backside of the Democratic Party... ’s campaign.
Up to 15 witnesses may be deposed in the case, the judge said on Tuesday.
"The complaint is kind of a very limited nature, challenging basically the machine used in Clark County," Russell said, the Nevada Independent reported. Jesse Binnall, a Trump campaign lawyer, said the complaint is "far from the main meat of our challenge" and that evidence will come from deposed witnesses.
"We will have whistleblower testimony showing that overnight, the disks that were used to hold votes would magically have votes appear and reappear on the same desk," he added.
The Trump campaign has alleged there are thousands of instances of provable voter fraud in Nevada, a crucial battleground state that Democratic presidential nominee Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden ...Candidate for president in 2020. "We now believe that Donald Trump won Nevada, once you take out the fraud and irregularities," Binnall said on Fox Business last week.

[MSN] President Trump on Wednesday announced he had pardoned his former national security adviser Michael Flynn, ending a three-year legal saga that saw Flynn seek to withdraw a guilty plea for lying to the FBI and a controversial reversal by the Justice Department on his case.
Flynn pleaded guilty to a felony in December 2017, admitting that he had misled Sherlocks about details of his conversations with the Russian ambassador during Trump’s presidential transition.
His plea was one of the first major courtroom victories for special counsel Robert S. Mueller III, who had been appointed seven months earlier.
But this spring, Attorney General William P. Barr and the Justice Department declared that prosecutors should not have brought the case against him and sought to have it dismissed. That request has been pending before a federal judge, who has been reviewing the case.

"Normally you would see a smooth curve going up, not any big spikes...that’s what [the other witness] was talking about, the anomalies of loading and uploading those votes so that big spike that occurs there is a prime indicator of fraudulent voting," the witness said.

"Correct. This is 337,000 votes in that period of time," the witness said.
"When you look at this curve with all of these spikes, can you calculate how much of a vote that accounted for Biden and how much for Trump?" Giuliani said.
"Close to 600,000..."I think our figures were about 570-some-odd-thousand."
"And how much for Trump?"
Witness: "I think it was a little over 3,200."
The crowd and panel erupted in audible gasps and laughter.
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Gov. Tom Wolf, and Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar filed a notice to appeal (pdf) to Pennsylvania Supreme Court shortly after a state judge issued a ruling enjoining the officials from taking further steps to complete the certification of the presidential race. Pennsylvania announced the certification of the 2020 general election results on Nov. 24.
Commonwealth Judge Patricia McCullough did not give reasons for her ruling but said the state was temporarily blocked from completing the certification until an evidentiary hearing takes place on Nov. 27 (pdf).
Responding to the ruling, Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro said the order did not impact the appointment of the presidential electors.
The case at hand—cited as Kelly v. Commonwealth of Pennsylvania—alleged Act 77, a state law that made no-excuse voting by mail legal in the state, violated the state’s constitution.
"Act 77 is another illegal attempt to override the limitations on absentee voting prescribed in the Pennsylvania Constitution, without first following the necessary procedure to amend the constitution to allow for the expansion," the lawsuit claimed (pdf).
The plaintiffs include Rep. Mike Kelly (R-Pa.), Republican congressional candidate Sean Parnell, and Pennsylvania House of Representatives candidate Wanda Logan.
Marc Elias, one of the attorneys leading the Democrats’ post-election legal battles, responded to the lawsuit describing it as frivolous.

I bet if you look at the ballots many appear to be exactly the same - with the 'ovals' filled out exactly the same way. The must have had copying machines running full bore for hours!
