#6  How, TW?

When a self-recruiting army has extra-regional resource pools with independent, individualized transportation and support logistics? Against such a beast the Clausewitz model fails unless it is moved into the conflict of commerce, as Trump has.

This is only one limb of the Black Knight however. The roots of the supportive idealogy must be cut out.
.Open the Mosques to inspection for arms and ordinance. Distribute the hoarded food, dilute their value.
.Execute the Imams calling for violence, start at the toes don't hunt for the heads.
.Constrain the casual mobility of 'conscripts' with travel permits and transportation tariffs to battle regions.
.Stop the tithing and neighborhood money export offshore.

Balance with education for all, equal rights for women and lawful protection for children.
End the cultural pedophilia, spousal abuse and drug agriculture.

All the right words, but somehow we just can't get them done for fear of 'what someone might think'.

How is your trip?

#9  Oh wow, Skidmark. That list is eerily similar to the interior agenda being carried out in India right now. Everything short of offing the imams.

The masjids that weapons or black cash is recovered from are also sealed indefinitely, tied up in litigation forever, ultimately appropriated by the state.

Shariah law practices like child marriage, polygamy, kangaroo courts and divorces made a non-bailable offence, each practice linked to their requisite similar criminal offences like statutory rape.

A non-state presence of communal vigilantism, alway attuned to the dynamics of their taqyia and ready to nip most activism in the bud. The state's reply is simply, 'Sorry if you infuriate the majority, we can't help you by jailing it now can we ? Best you play ball.'

That is only possible when you capture absolute power though (both houses and judiciary), the fear of explaining yourself then dissolves. Even if a State can establish that kind of control, the 'irreconcilably indignant citizen' element has to exist to support it.

#10  Thank you for sharing your thinking, Skidmark.

My trip? Lovely thus far. Trailing daughter #2 and Mr. Daughter, her husband — determined DINKS at this stage — had great fun introducing Mr. Wife and me to their virtual reality toys, which Mr. Wife greatly enjoyed...and I enjoyed watching. We’ve been trying out their favourite restaurants, requiring that tonight we’ll have salads instead. Texas-sized portions need no explanation, I suspect. ;-)

Td#2 and I no longer agree on matters political, though she did admit she would trust President Trump’s government to control driverless cars over her fellow Texans driving under their own control — because, she said, he wouldn’t bother to interfere with the population, whereas Texas drivers are dangerous even before some start shooting each other when they get mad — and she does not understand what a significant admission that is. Still, at her age I held similar opinions, outgrowing them only a decade later; and in her teens she was decidedly conservative as a result of hanging out at Rantburg, which gives her a more solid foundation for additional evolution than I had even without, God willing, another 9/11 to trigger a serious rethink. And her very tall husband is thoughtfully amused by us all — they picked each other well.

Russia accuses US of transferring Daesh to northern Afghanistan
[ALMASDARNEWS] US special services are involved in transferring ISIS
...embracing their inner Islamic Brute...
* murderous Moslems to northern regions of Afghanistan with the aim of destabilising the situation on the borders with the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), Sergey Beseda, the head of the Russian Federal Security Service
... the successor to the KGB...
’s international relations department, said on Monday.

"We have received information about the US special services’ involvement in the transferring of ISIS fighters to Afghan northern regions to destabilise the situation on the CIS southern borders and later in Central Asia," Beseda said at the meeting.

According to an official, the security agencies and intelligence services of the CIS countries must identify threats at an early stage to provide security to the CIS states.

The US has been accused numerous times of providing various forms of support to ISIS and other terrorist groups operating in the region.

In 2018 Chief of Iranian General Staff Major General Mohammad Hossein Baqeri accused the US of transporting ISIS turbans to Afghanistan after they were defeated in Syria and Iraq in order to maintain tension in the region, using it as an excuse to stay there longer.

Islamic State women on trial for attempted attack near Notre Dame
[IsraelTimes] Two French women who pledged allegiance to the Islamic State
...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems....
terror group go on trial today for trying to blow up a car near Notre Dame Cathedral in 2016, in a case that authorities hope sheds light on the wave of extremism that has hit La Belle France.

The trial is also highlighting the role of women in recruiting and violence by IS murderous Moslems.

The Notre Dame terrorist plot fell apart after the gas canisters doused with fuel failed to explode, and no one was hurt.

But the women had been recruited by one of La Belle France’s most notorious jihadists, and prosecutors say the attempted explosion ‐ in September 2016, long before the fire that ravaged the medieval cathedral this year ‐ could have killed dozens of people in one of the French capital’s most-beloved, tourist-friendly neighborhoods.

The two main suspects, who face life in prison if convicted, are subdued as the trial opens in a special Gay Paree terrorism court. Six other people are also on trial for related charges.

Ines Madani,
...the very connected ISIS recruiter and baby mastermind of its first all-girl jihadi cell, along with Ornella Gilligman, Sarah Hervouet, and Amel Sakaou, who fortunately were considerably less competent than they intended...
now 22, is considered the key player. She was just a teenager when she and fellow suspect Ornella Gilligmann joined a channel on the social network Telegram run by French jihadist Rachid Kassim,
...the young ladies were among many others during his meteoric career as a seducer of French youth...
according to court documents.

Kassim was central to French recruiting efforts for IS, prosecutors say, and was believed linked to a gruesome attack on a French priest inside his Normandy church and the killing of a French police couple at home in front of their child. Kassim moved to Syria in 2015, and during the summer of 2016 he multiplied his threats against La Belle France on social networks and released a guide detailing how followers should commit attacks. Among his suggested methods were group stabbings or "filling a vehicle with gas cylinders and spraying them with fuel."

Madani and Gilligmann tried to do just that, after sending Kassim videos pledging allegiance to IS, court documents say.

Gazan's death abroad shines light on middle-class exodus
[Ynet] Pharmacy owner Tamer al-Sultan sought a better life away from Gazoo
...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It is currently ruled with an iron fist by Hamaswith about the living conditions you'd expect. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response...
The International Organization for Migration says 1,177 Paleostinians have crossed from Turkey to Greece by sea since the start of the year, the fourth most crossings by nationality
, apparently fleeing the Hamas, the well-beloved offspring of the Moslem Brotherhood, terror organization that has ruled the coastal enclave for more than a decade and of which he was a frequent critic - and he was not alone in wanting to escape.

With a family of five, a two-story home and a pharmacy, Tamer al-Sultan had a life many in the besieged and impoverished Gaza Strip would envy, but he still felt trapped.

Antifa members caught on camera harassing Portland police near climate rally
[FOXNEWS] Journalist Andy Ngo, who back in June made headlines after he was brutally attacked by Antifa
...the armed wing of the Democratic Party...
members, reacted Monday after covering a demonstration in Portland, Ore., where young protesters harassed police.

"This group that demonstrated on Friday was a bit younger than what the average Antifa member is ... these were their youth wings," Ngo told "Fox & Friends."

The comments came after Antifa members were caught on camera harassing police in the area of a climate change rally. One member called a police officer a "pig" and another told a cop to "shut the f--- up."

On Friday, hundreds of thousands protested climate change around the world. Australia, with more than 300,000 protesters taking to the streets around the country, saw its largest demonstration since the start of the Iraq War in 2003.

However,
a lie repeated often enough remains a lie...
in Portland, a faction of masked Antifa forces of Evil dressed in black harassed coppers.
Whoops! We couldn't access this Tweet.

Ngo said that while most climate protests around the world were peaceful, a group of forces of Evil "commandeered" part of the demonstrations and replaced the chant about the climate to "expletives" against the police.

"There were several arrests throughout the day," he said. He also said one of the suspects was found to be carrying weapons such as a hammer, brass knuckles, and a switch-blade.

Ngo added that after the climate rally ended, the group of "masked bully boys" went to a local Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility and threw projectiles at officers there. He said the video he shot showed the protesters running from police.

Who is the Morristown man charged as a Hezbollah sleeper agent?
[NJ] Said to be a resident of Morristown, he had entered the United States legally and became a naturalized American citizen in August of 2008. There was a marriage of convenience, authorities said, that helped pay the rent. He worked as a software engineer in New Jersey and appeared to have a LinkedIn page.

But all that time, he was allegedly a sleeper agent for Hezbollah, gathering intel for possible targets in New York City and elsewhere, prosecutors say.

Alexei Saab, 42, of Morristown, who was also known as Ali Hassan Saab, Alex Saab, and Rachid, was charged Thursday in a federal indictment out of New York for offenses related to his support of Hezbollah ‐ the Lebanese-based terrorist group that serves as a proxy for Iran
...a theocratic Shiite state divided among the Medes, the Persians, and the (Arab) Elamites. Formerly a fairly civilized nation ruled by a Shah, it became a victim of Islamic revolution in 1979. The nation is today noted for spontaneously taking over other countries' embassies, maintaining whorehouses run by clergymen, involvement in international drug trafficking, and financing sock puppet militias to extend the regime's influence. The word Iran is a cognate form of Aryan, the abbreviation IRGC is a cognate form of Stürmabteilung (or SA), the term Supreme Guide is a cognate form of either Shah or Führer or maybe both, and they hate Jews Zionists Jews. Their economy is based on the production of oil and vitriol...
‐ as well as separate marriage-fraud offenses. He has been in jug since July.

A LinkedIn page identifies Saab as the director of information technology at a Morristown energy firm, which said he was terminated in July, but would not say why. He was also listed as an adjunct lecturer at Baruch College. Officials there did not immediately return calls for comment.

But the 33-page federal criminal complaint unsealed in New York on Thursday, replete with photos and diagrams purportedly collected as part of his alleged intelligence gathering mission, outlined a long-running operation that began long before he swore allegiance to the United States, and continued for years.

"Even though Saab was a naturalized American citizen, his true allegiance was to Hezbollah, the terrorist organization responsible for decades of terrorist attacks that have killed hundreds," said Manhattan U.S. Attorney Geoffrey S. Berman.

If true, the case marked a growing effort by Hezbollah to bring their violent war directly to the United States.

"Intelligence and law enforcement officials have been long been concerned about the presence of Hezbollah operatives and associates in the U.S. and have tracked or investigated their activities," said John D. Cohen, a national security expert now with The Security Studies Program and Center for Security Studies at Georgetown University.

India-Pakistan
Pakistan is ready for war with India over Kashmir, says President
[Yenisafak] The Pakistani army is well-prepared for this war and very experienced, Arif Alvi says.

Pakistan doesn't want any war, but if India starts one the country could have no option other than to respond, Pakistan’s president said on Monday.

Arif Alvi spoke to a group of Turkish journalists in capital Islamabad ahead of Prime Minister Imran Khan's speech, which is expected to highlight the Kashmir conflict at the 74th session of the UN General Assembly.

"We don't want war, it is not good for us to be dragged into war. But what would happen if India wants to start one? The Pakistani army is well prepared for this war and it is very experienced. In the past, we've fought a lot against terror in the country," Alvi said after underlining the importance of dialogue between the two nuclear-armed countries for the resolution of the Kashmir dispute.

Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan will announce action regarding the Kashmir issue after the UN General Assembly, he added.

The leaders of India and Pakistan are set to address the UN General Assembly on Friday.

Mounting tensions between nuclear-armed Pakistan and India flared further following the scrapping of the special status of the picturesque valley, which is divided between the two neighbors in parts with both claiming it in full.

Kashmiri leaders and citizens fear the Indian government's step is an attempt to change the demographic makeup of the Muslim-majority state, where some groups have been fighting against Indian rule for independence, or for unification with neighboring Pakistan.

Balking at New Delhi’s move, Pakistan has also downgraded bilateral relations, suspended trade, and expelled the Indian high commissioners.

"Nuclear weapons under the control of fascists in India"

The recent border skirmishes in the Himalayan region of disputed Kashmir invoked fears of a larger military conflict and a possible nuclear war between the two neighbors.

"The most important problem is that the control of nuclear weapons in India lies with fascists. The world is in great danger," Alvi warned referring to India's ruling Hindu nationalist administration.

Alvi also compared India's anti-minority policies in the last 30 years to Adolf Hitler's ideology, saying: "The party of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi took Mein Kampf (My Struggle) and Hitler as its role model."

He urged India to release political prisoners in Jammu and Kashmir and follow the UN Security Council resolutions on holding a plebiscite in the region.

Since they were partitioned in 1947, Pakistan and India have fought three wars -- in 1948, 1965 and 1971 -- two of them over Kashmir, in addition to the three-week long Kargil skirmish in 1999.

According to several human rights groups, thousands of people have been killed in the conflict in the region since 1989.

'Trump told not to take Kashmir issue lightly as two nuclear armed states involved'
[DAWN] Foreign Minister Shah Mahmmod Qureshi ‐ after a meeting of a Prime Minister Imran Khan
...aka The Great Khan, who who convinced himself that playing cricket qualified him to lead a nuclear-armed nation with severe personality disorders...
-led Pak delegation with US President Donald Trump
...the Nailer of NAFTA...
on Monday ‐ briefed the media that Trump's attention had been drawn "to the other side of the story" (that of India-occupied Kashmir
...a disputed territory lying between India and Pakistain. After partition, the Paks grabbed half of it and call it Azad (Free) Kashmir. The remainder they refer to as "Indian Occupied Kashmir". They have fought four wars with India over it, the score currently 4-0 in New Delhi's favor. After 72 years of this nonsense, India cut the Gordian knot in 2019, removing the area's special status, breaking off Ladakh as a separate state, and allowing people from other areas to settle (or in the case of the Pandits, to resettle) there....
).

Talking to news hounds in New York, the foreign minister said that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi had been showing only one side of the story to the world, while the Pak side showed Trump the other side.

"Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is trying to portray that the matter of Indian Kashmire is not an issue and that the situation will become normal in a few days. We are trying to convince them [the US government] that the issue is complicated and has been becoming more complicated with each passing day."

"We told President Trump not to take the matter of Kashmir lightly. If the US remains unconcerned, if the global community remains unconcerned, two nuclear armed states are facing off and the situation can take an ugly turn," he said, adding that the Pak side "sensitised US President Trump completely" over the issue.

Talking about the issue of human rights
...which are usually entirely different from personal liberty...
abuses in occupied Kashmir, he said that he himself told Trump that all fundamental rights of the people are being violated in occupied Kashmir.

#10  The military has found greater acceptance for its 'cold start' doctrine of gradated assault and expansion with the current political leadership. The problem with Indian leadership was that their ambitions were just too self-obsessed and limited. There also hasn't been any suggestion by economist eggheads or party strategists for expansion-related positives yet. So the military keeps proposing options to the successive PMs every few years, and getting non-committal replies like 'Let the time come' and 'Yes, we'll take that under advisement'.

Suffice to say that so far India has only played defence with them. The day we undertake an offensive, it'll be because we have planned it to the end.

Um Khattab's husband joined ISIS and now she doesn't know anything about his whereabouts or fate. Her children are being turned away from school.

"All the other children are able to study. But these children go there daily, but then are turned back. They don't give them books or lessons," she said. "Why? Well, because we don't have documents. Everyday they go and come back."

The children can attend classes in schools run by aid organizations, but they don't follow the Iraqi school curriculum and the ministry of education does not recognise their certificate.
Better schooling? Worse? Or merely not exactly the same, but they won’t be able to go to university in Iraq or get jobs requiring proof of literacy when done.
The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) says approximately 80,000 families are affected by missing documents.

Israel-Palestine-Jordan
Israel begins cutting Palestinian electricity in West Bank, citing debts
[IsraelTimes] Power is expected to be shut off for two hours daily in several Paleostinian towns because of unpaid $485 million bill.

Israel’s national electric company said Sunday it has begun reducing power supplies to Paleostinian areas of the West Bank due to a financial dispute.

The Israel Electric Corporation said that it took the step because the Jerusalem District Electricity Co., the Paleostinians’ main power distributor, has debts of roughly $485 million.

Ali Hamodeh, an official with the Paleostinian distributor, said power is expected to be cut for two hours daily in several Paleostinian towns in the coming weeks.

He accused Israel of "exaggerating" the level of debt and called the power cuts a "political exploit."

The Paleostinians rely on Israel for nearly all of their electricity.

According to al-Monitor, the Paleostinian distributor received its first warning in August, prompting it to take out a NIS 100 million loan ($28.3 million) to repay a portion of its debt to the Israel Electric Corporation. This was deemed insufficient, however, and the IEC issued two additional warnings before taking action on Sunday to reduce power to Paleostinian areas.

Paleostinian officials have decried the step as a form of "collective punishment," according to the official PA Wafa news agency.

According to a report by the Kan public broadcaster on Saturday, the IEC, fearing an escalation of violence, will cut power gradually and only in certain areas, stepping up the penalties gradually if the debts remain unpaid.

Syria-Lebanon-Iran
First footage shows ISIS captives in SDF prisons
[ALMASDARNEWS] Following the massive defeat of the Islamic State
...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems....
of Iraq and Syria (ISIS
...embracing their inner Islamic Brute...
, ISIS, IS) in northeastern Syria on March 2019, thousands of the group’s bandidos snuffies and their families have been held in prisons and camps under the control of the US-backed Kurdish forces.

Scores of the captured jihadists are imported muscle who came along from all over the world to fight the Syrian and Iraqi government forces, and establish the Islamic Caliphate.

The return of those imported muscle to their original countries is still a controversial issue.

On Friday, President Trump threatened to return ISIS prisoners to the Europe

an countries they hailed from, saying the US would drop them at the border and the Europeans will "have to capture them again".

"So far, they [European countries] have refused, and at some point, I’m going to have to say, ’I’m sorry, you either take them back or we’re going to let them go at your border.’ And if they don’t take them back, we’re going to probably put them at the border and then they’ll have to capture them again," Trump said.

CBS’ Holly Williams had a rare access to SDF prisons which hold hundreds of ISIS prisoners, interviewing an American young man who said he had been recruited to ISIS online.

On September 16, ISIS chief, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, released an audio message urging his fighters to spare no efforts to free ISIS detainees and women held in prisons and detention camps.

The group increased its attacks against the Syrian Army troops, inflicting heavy loses. The terror group grabbed credit for detonating a roadside kaboom which killed and injured several Syrian army soldiers in the southern province of Daraa.

#1  I say spray those cells with accelerant and throw in a match. Take a walk or something.

Report a fire caused by an ill-conceived breakout attempt.

#2  A flight of B-52s should have dropped their payload over the ISIS last stand. Would have solved a lot of problems.

Future US sanctions will hit Hezbollah benefactors, US said to warn Lebanon
[IsraelTimes] A US official warns Lebanese politicians today that future US sanctions would target any party suspected of providing "material" support to the Iran-backed terror group Hezbollah, a Lebanese source tells AFP.

US Assistant Treasury Secretary for Terrorist Financing Marshall Billingslea met Prime Minister Saad Hariri
...Second son of Rafik Hariri, the Leb PM who was assassinated in 2005. He has was prime minister in his own right from 2009 through early 2011. He was born in Riyadh to an Iraqi mother and graduated from Georgetown University. He managed his father's business interests in Riyadh until his father's assassination. When his father died he inherited a fortune of some $4.1 billion, which won't do him much good if Hizbullah has him bumped off, too....
and parliament speaker Nabih Knobby Berri
Speaker of the Lebanese parliament, a member of AMAL, a not very subtle Hizbullah
...Party of God, a Leb militia inspired, founded, funded and directed by Iran. Hizbullah refers to itself as The Resistance and purports to defend Leb against Israel, with whom it has started and lost one disastrous war to date, though it did claim victory...
sock puppet...

on Monday, during a two-day visit to Leb.

During the meetings, Billingslea warned that US sanctions may extend beyond direct affiliates of Hezbollah, according to a source present at the talks.

"The US will sanction any group that provides material support to Hezbollah, be it through supplying weapons or money," the source quotes Billingslea as saying.

But sanctions "will not target groups who are only tied to Hezbollah politically," he adds, easing concern that the group’s political allies, including President Michel Aoun
...president of Leb, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hizbullah...
’s Free Patriotic Movement
Despite its name a Christian party allied with Hizbullah, neither free nor particularly patriotic...
and Berri’s Amal Movement, could be targeted.

As well as maintaining a large paramilitary force that has fought both Syrian rebels and Israel, Hezbollah is a key political force in Leb.

Billingslea, who arrived in the country on Sunday for meetings with banking and government officials, aims to "encourage Leb to take the necessary steps to maintain distance" from the group, says a statement released by the US embassy in Beirut.
