Troops nab Boko Haram terrorist in Taraba

In a statement made available to journalists on Tuesday by the Brigade acting spokesperson, Captain Oni Olubodunde, he said the suspect was arrested on January 26, 2025, following credible intelligence.
The troops, according to the statement, successfully tracked down and arrested Gambo Grema, also known as Gamboi, in Mai-Hula town, Bali Local Government council of the state.
''During initial questioning, Grema admitted to being part of a Boko Haram syndicate that had infiltrated Taraba State.
''Their objective was to engage in kidnapping for ransom to fund terrorist activities and establish a new operational cell in the region.
