#2 Was it Syrian or Iran/Hezbollah?

I recall that although Captagon was produced in Assad's Syria, the manufacturing was the price of having Hezbollah fight on the side of the regime during the Syrian Civil War (which is when Captagon became a thing) and is mostly operated by Hezbollah and Iran.
