HUNDREDS of migrants crossing the Rio Grande at US-Mexico border - as several as swept away in the current and one being given CPR after being pulled unconscious from the water

A stream of people were filmed making the dangerous crossing of the Rio Grande at Eagle Pass, Texas, on Wednesday morning

Many of the group were women with young children

They formed a human chain and used ropes to get across but some were swept away or were pulled to shore needing CPR

#2 NM water authority released a load of water. Water rights are a thorny issue between NM and TX to the extent that TX tried to claim 'run off' from the mountain slopes of NM.
