[YouTube] In September 2023, Irish intelligence services began monitoring a suspicious Bulk Carrier called the MV Matthew. After the vessel entered Irish territorial waters, the Irish Military Command authorised an operation to seize the Matthew so that its cargo could be inspected.

#1 As I remember, these were smugglers moving up the coast with periodic stops for offloads to smaller vessels.
