Turkey deports 250 Syrian refugees to northern Syria
|
[NPASyria] Ottoman Turkish authorities deported 250 Syrians on Tuesday, including 73 women and a child, via the Tel Abyad and Bab al-Hawa border crossings, in north and northwest Syria, respectively.
A source told North Press that Ottoman Turkish authorities deported 250 Syrians through the Tel Abyad and Bab al-Hawa crossings to Syria.
The Military Police of the Ottoman Turkish-backed Syrian National Army (SNA) transferred them to a shelter under surveillance, with the aim of investigating them checking their background
The source added that Ottoman Turkish forces have stripped them of their legal documents and forced them to sign a document of "voluntarily return" in an attempt to conceal any forced actions imposed upon them.

deported 2,200 Syrian refugees to SNA-held areas in northern Syria, an increase by 700 individuals compared to the previous 30 days period.
Though Syria is still unsafe for returns, Turkey tries to get rid of the refugees by forcibly deporting them, as the Ottoman Turkish authorities have intensified the forced deportation of Syrians, as part of what they call voluntary return to safe areas in northwestern Syria, according to media and documentary reports.
