Two people injured by Turkish border guards in northwest Idlib

A source told North Press, "~~Ottoman~~ Turkish border guards shot two people and arrested four other Syrians while trying to cross the border into Turkey."

He added that one of the maimed, Ali al-Hamoud, 32, who has bone marrow cancer, had previously attempted to cross legally seeking treatment but met with refusal. As a result, he resorted to smuggling, but the ~~Ottoman~~ Turkish border guards targeted him along with another young man from a nearby observation point.

The source pointed out that the border guards also arrested four people, including a woman, adding they were taken to a detention center on the border, amid fears for their lives from Dire Revenge or torture as happened earlier with other Syrians who tried to cross illegally.
