#1 The one on the end seems to have taken a dislike to the photographer.

#2 When I was a kid my father worked the graveyard shift (late nights). So my mother slept with a dagger under her pillow and a shotgun under her bed to protect the family from home invaders. He was concerned she might miss with a round from a rifle, but knew she would be able to hit anything with a scatter shotgun. This was before the silly notion of calling 911.

#4 This was before the silly notion of calling 911

Robber bleeding on the floor and watching me put two more rounds in the shotgun, "Aren't you going to call the police?"

Me: "Why? No one knows you are here."

#5 My Grandmother shot a guy trying to break in to her home. He broke down the screen door on the screened porch and was working on the house door when she warned him to leave or she would shoot him. He didn't quit so she did. She shot him through the door. It was Oklahoma so no charges were filed against her. Lucky for him he wasn't killed.

#6 Unlucky for her he didn't die on the spot. He could've come back looking for revenge.
