- Officials identified him to US media as Hani Ahmed Al-Kurdi, 'governor' of Raqqa

- Gun battle broke out, but coalition says none of its troop or civilians were hurt
- Sources told US media the commander is Hani Ahmed Al-Kurdi and that he was captured in the village of Al-Humaira, in Aleppo close to the Turkish border
