Ironic? Maybe, maybe not. There is a universal belief among normal, sane, non-Woke people around the globe that

- loyalties to kith & kin trump imagined obligations to strangers 10,000 Mike's away
- place matters: the community and the soil one was born into / upon shakes who one is and shall be
- good fences make good neighbors: f--k this "invite the world" nonsense
- rejection of ancestral or collective guilt: the colonial sibs of previous centuries impose no obligations, zero, on today's Euros i.e. North Americans

Most importantly, our culture and our values are GOOD IN AND OF THEMSELVES and require no apologies. Wakandan or Muslim, Hindu, Han-Confucian, Zoroastrian, Shinto, whatever values are fine for other nations, but we will preserve our Bill of Rights and limited/divided government and free culture -- and do as we f--king well please. Because it's OURS.
