That’d be Mr. Madhat al-Salah/Midhat as-Saleh/Midhat Saleh, Syriah’s Druze intelligence department head who was yesterday reported killed by an Israeli sniper — the Syrian’s whined mightily about it.

#1 This is interesting. A drone has a much different flight profile than a missile or artillery round - low & slow vs a fast, high arc. I'm guessing it was just a software upgrade. (feel free to snicker at the word 'just' when it comes to life-or-death systems)
