"Investigated". Not "closed" or "charged". Nothing that implies any effort beyond paper-shuffling. Although, to be fair, if I was on the Minneapolis PD, I wouldn't get out of my car for anything less than the Apocalypse.

I do like the part about "the community demands answers" for why the community is shooting itself, though.
