The Police must have arrested a lot of people since it happen right in front of them. (Sarcasm)

(1) A person is guilty of burglary in the first degree if, with intent to commit a crime against a person or property .... Burglary in the first degree is a class A felony.

Since they shalt to breech the Police station and likely would be confronting persons inside. Maybe Terroristic threats and simple assault charges could also be made.
