Ray R. McNeary, 35, is accused of taking five employees hostage inside a Wells Fargo bank on Thursday afternoon

All of the hostages managed to escape uninjured; McNeary has now been slapped with six charges

Criminal records reveal McNeary has previously been charged for disorderly conduct, trespassing, terroristic threats, and domestic assault
