#1 Putting aside the extortionate proposition of that chant, they seem to always be ignorant of the fact that the "peace" they speak of is as subjective as the "justice" they clamor for.

#2 Put a bit differently: The chant assumes that the chanters have a monopoly on violence. But of course if the people being chanted at -- police, armed citizens -- offer any violence to the chanters, the script flips and the chanters become helpless victims of brutality. "What did you think 'no peace' means, you morons?"
