Russian corvette ‘Stoic’ begins anti-piracy watch in the Gulf of Aden

#2 Such a good opportunity to make a difference at low risk. They could probably get funding from the insurance companies. I'm surprised India didn't do this a decade ago to join the Great Powers league, at least in perception of capability.
