Turkey: Anti-ISIS raid, eight Syrians and Iraqis arrested

on Thursday morning, in which anti-terrorist police in the southern province of Adana near the Syrian border arrested eight suspected foreign jihadists, with a ninth person still being sought.

The suspects are five Syrians and four Iraqis accused of spreading terrorist propaganda through social media, said Anadolu.

On Wednesday, security forces arrested various other foreigners suspected of having ties to the self-styled Islamic State

...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems....
