In the incident, two Afghan non-combatants were killed and further four people were maimed.
30 minutes after the first blast another vehicle carrying civilians hit an IED in the Khogyani district of Nangarhar province.
At least two non-combatants were killed and three more were maimed in the incident, officials to media.
