In three separate operations, ANP arrested a key member of the Taliban terrorist group responsible for making roadside mines, especially magnetic mines, in Parwan province.
The skilled mine maker, who came to Parwan province from Baghlan, and intended to plan and organize terrorist attacks, was arrested following an operation in the Bagram district of Parwan province.
In order to intimidate and kill civilians, the Taliban had planted a mine in the Khaja Kola area in PD7 of Herat city, another mine in the Zana Khana district of Ghazni province, both mines were discovered and neutralized before exploding.
