Explosion Near Private University in Maidan Wardak Kills One

Chemistry students getting feisty? [ToloNews] At least one person was killed and five more were maimed in a kaboom near a private university in Maidan Wardak province on Sunday evening, said local officials.
The bomb was placed on a surrounding wall of the private university in Maidan Shahr city, the center of Maidan Wardak province, said Dadullah Fedaee, front man for Wardak police.
Sahrifullah Hotak, a member of the Provincial Council in Maidan Wardak, said three people, including Ghiasuddin, a commander of Hizb-e-Islami,
... Gulbuddin Hekmatyar’s outfit. Dear GH gets his orders directly from the ISI... were killed in the blast.
Hizb-e-Islami has not commented on the incident.
No group has grabbed credit for the attack.
