Unidentified Gunmen Shot Female Police Dead in Kandahar

So many possibilities, from one of the many jihadi groups to a man whose hand in marriage she refused. [KhaamaPress] Unidentified button men rubbed out a female police officer in southern Kandahar province on Sunday, officials said, suspects on the lam.
Kandahar police front man Jamal Nasir Barekzai told Khaama Press that unidentified button men have killed a female police officer working in the provincial prison.
He said the incident took place at around 10:00 a.m. on Sunday morning in Police District 9 of Kandahar city.
Barekzai added that the turbans had expeditiously departed at a goodly pace and that police were looking for them.
No one has yet grabbed credit for the incident.
