Taliban Assassinates a Policewoman in Kunduz

have assassinated a policewoman in Kunduz city, an official said.

"A 45-year-old policewoman named ’Saleha’ working in the Gultapa area of Kunduz city has bee killed by the Taliban bully boys," Hijratullah Akbari, a spokesperson to Kunduz Police told Khaama Press.

Akbari added, the female cop was assassinated yesterday evening, in the Shurakhak region of the Kunduz city.

The area, where the policewoman was killed, is considered dangerous security-wise and the motive behind the murder is not yet clear.

Taliban have not commented on this incident so far.
