#2 The late John Patrick Murtha Jr was a "Vet." McStain was a "Vet." The onerous John Kerry was a "Vet." The Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building bomber was a "Vet."

What one did many years ago (whatever the cost) should never been seen as a sort of eternal salvation. It's what you did yesterday and today that counts for something.
