Dylan Robinson Faces Federal Judge In Minneapolis Police Station Arson Case
O brave, brave Lion of Antifa!
[4CBSLocal] It was the night of May 28th when the riots reached a crescendo in Minneapolis. This was the third precinct police station where a CNN reporter described the scene.

A Facebook post showed a man igniting and throwing a Molotov cocktail. Surveillance cameras from the police station recorded what appears to be the same man lighting other incendiary devices.

In some pictures he is seen with another man in a hoodie. According to the arrest document a woman contacted the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms and identified Dylan Robinson of Brainerd Minnesota as the man in the white shirt with black stripes.

His cell phone was tracked to Breckenridge.
Whoops!
There he was arrested Sunday in the parking lot of a recreation center. Breckenridge police assisted the federal agents. An examination of Robinson’s phone revealed he had not only been at the Minneapolis police precinct on the night of the fire, but posted selfie pictures to Snapchat.
Truly, this man is an idiot of the first water.
During a court appearance on Tuesday, Robinson was asked if he understood the charges against him. He replied, “Yes, but…”

Federal Magistrate Reid Neureiter cut him off at that point and advised him to talk with his attorney. He is scheduled to be in court for a detention hearing on Friday.

WCCO reports the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms is offering a $70,000 reward for more information on other suspects involved in the arson.
A 22-year-old Minnesota man was charged on Tuesday with aiding and abetting the arson of a Minneapolis cop shoppe during protests over the death of a black man under a policeman's knee, federal prosecutors said.

Dylan Robinson, who was arrested in Breckenridge, Colorado on Sunday, is accused of hurling a Molotov cocktail inside the Third Precinct cop shoppe in Minneapolis and igniting a fire in the building's stairwell on May 28, according to the criminal complaint. Robinson is the second man arrested June 3 in connection to the blaze. Branden Wolfe, 23, was arrested in Minnesota and charged with one count of aiding and abetting arson, federal prosecutors said.
On June 10, a woman emailed the ATF and said the person in the photographs that authorities had sent out on the arson was Robinson.
Beware a woman scorned, though why any woman would want him is beyond me.
She explained Robinson was from the Brainerd area and she was familiar with him, the complaint stated. She requested anonymity and said Robinson removed pictures from his Facebook account. She said Robinson also posted he "also did AutoZone" and had posted videos on Snapchat.
Oh? How very interesting. And they already have his cell phone...
During the rioting on May 27, the AutoZone building across from the Minneapolis precinct was burned to the ground.

According to court records, Robinson is currently on probation in Crow Wing County for a fourth-degree possession of a phencyclidine/hallucinogen conviction.
Oh buddy, you are soooooo busted!
Robinson also has been convicted of petty misdemeanor and misdemeanor traffic and parking violations in Crow Wing, Ramsey and Hennepin counties.

In reference to Robinson’s current probation, his probation agent told Sherlocks he is supposed to text her every Wednesday to confirm his location and that he is attending drug treatment. The last time the agent spoke with Robinson was May 20.
Goodness, that's precisely a month ago. What happens when someone on probation misses that many check-ins, or lies to his probation officer?
During the conversion, Robinson asked the agent about the potential consequences if he stopped attending drug treatment and he wanted to move to Denver, the criminal complaint stated.
Oh good — he knows exactly what to expect from that end of things, though the time and accommodations for federal felonies may be a bit of a shock.

#1 Even woke socialists might want to contemplate the secondary + effects of not thoroughly prosecuting intentional, premeditated arson.

Mrs. Bobby was a county P.O. for ten years. One judge she worked for did the following for repeat violators:
1. Stern warning or two.
2. "I'm adding a red dot to your file, and if you come before me again, I'll revoke your probation!"
3. I'm adding a second red dot, so that's your last chance!
4. Next he crated the 'triple-red dot club' and she retired before he got beyond that.

He was re-elected several times, until he retired.
