Trump rejects renaming military bases named for Confederate officers
[IsraelTimes] Despite military showing willingness to rename 10 bases, US president says such a move would show ‘complete disrespect’ for soldiers who served and trained there over the years.

DOJ reveals striking details of riot arrests, including helicopter laser strikes and precinct arson
[FoxNews] The Justice Department revealed Wednesday it has filed dozens of charges for riot-related federal offenses in the aftermath of George Floyd's in-custody death -- including for aiming a green laser pointer at an FBI aircraft overhead in Milwaukee, torching the Third Precinct police station in Minneapolis, and impersonating a U.S. Marshal in Orlando.

The crackdown comes as President Trump has repeatedly demanded a return to "LAW & ORDER" in the country. Attorney General Bill Barr exclusively told Fox News this week that "focused" investigations of the left-wing Antifa are underway, as well as a review of the role of right-wing groups.
So much for the memo from FBI Director Wray.

3 Charged in Arson at Minnesota Store During Rioting
[NTD] Three people were charged in connection with a fire at a St. Paul store during rioting in the wake of George Floyd’s death. Samuel Elliott Frey, Bailey Marie Baldus, and McKenzy Dunn, all 19, were charged with conspiracy to commit arson. All three were described as white in the criminal complaints.

On May 28 a fire was started at a health and nutrition store in St. Paul, which forms the Twin Cities with Minneapolis, causing damage to the store. Investigators with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) obtained video surveillance of people inside the store that night and, with the help of the public, were able to identify the teenagers.

The ATF and FBI recently released images of others accused of arson in the Twin Cities in late May into early June, asking members of the public to share tips.

A 23-year-old man was also charged this week in connection with an arson on May 28. Two others were charged with arson and possession of Molotov cocktails for allegedly setting fire to the Dakota County Western Service Center in Apple Valley, Minnesota, while an Illinois man was charged earlier this month for civil disorder, carrying on a riot, and possession of unregistered destructive devices for allegedly being involved in the mayhem in Minneapolis.

#1 There will be calls to drop the charges, just like forgiving student loans. My thinking is "you signed up, you take the ride."

#2 Soros prosecutors will let them out with no bail and they'll "disappear" while everyone knows where they are, ala Bin Laden in Abbotabad.

#3 Makes you wonder. Would the generals in the Pentagon have even gone after bin Laden in Abottabad without Bath House Barry needing a scalp at that point in time?

#4 OK BLM & ANTI-FA members should be charged as either as Insurrectionists.Since they have exceeded any definition of Protester.

========= There Is A Law For That ==========
18 U.S. Code § 2383 - Rebellion or insurrection Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

This means the Liberal Mayors and Governors that stood back and allowed it to happen can be charged with Aiding and Abetting and if convicted could no longer hold any government office or position.

There was a time when my answer would have been "No way in hell!"

That time is no more.
