RAB has filed two separate cases with Bhola model cop shoppe in this connection, one under the Arms Act 1878 and the other under Narcotics Control Act 1990.

ARREST OF CASINO KINGPIN SAMRAT
RAB arrested Samrat and his accomplice Arman from Comilla’s Chauddagram upazila on October 6.

 A mobile court, led by RAB Executive Magistrate Sarwar Alam, sentenced Samrat to six months in prison under the Wildlife Conservation Act 2012, after they recovered two kangaroo hides from his Kakrail office.
| Good lord. The RAB has a dedicated court on wheels now? It makes sense, I suppose — they were up to fourteen RAB units the last time we looked in on them, and expanding rapidly. Everyone wanted an RAB of their very own, with their cool sunglasses and efficient handling of miscreants of all sorts, including river pirates. |
He was then sent to Dhaka Central Jail in Keraniganj.
