The Governor’s Office of Nangarhar said in a statement that the security forces arrested Ibrar, one of the key members of the intelligence unit of Lashkar-e-Taiba in Rodat district.
The statement further added that a clash broke out during the operation in which the security forces injured Ibrar and subsequently arrested him alive.
The anti-government armed elements have not commented in this regard so far.
