Belgian ISIS butcher dubbed 'the executioner of Raqqa' who beheaded more than 100 people in terror stronghold while claiming benefits in Britain is captured in Syria

Anouar Haddouchi dubbed 'executioner of Raqqa' after beheading 100 people

Him and his wife were captured after the battle for last ISIS stronghold, Baghouz

They are now being held in a prison run by the Syrian Democratic Forces

Haddouchi, 35, is originally from Belgium but moved to Birmingham in 2009

The couple received nearly £10,000 in housing benefit while they were in Syria

Haddouchi was unable withdraw the money in Raqqa because of the lack of international banks.

But £3,000 was taken out of his account by accomplices in July 2015 and was handed to the man responsible for planning the November 2015 Paris attacks and 2016 Brussels bombings, Mohamed Abrini.

“The man with the hat” is in our archives mostly as Mohammed Abrini. The £3,000 in question was reported here, though Mr. Haddouchi is only described, not mentioned by name.

#4 The authoritues who cleared him to recieve the benefit should be sued by concerned natives for 'funding terrorism'.

And muslims should be doubly vetted before such doles are handed out to them.
