(IraqiNews.com) ‐ The Iraqi Interior Ministry announced on Sunday that its forces arrested two members of the Islamic State
 ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems....

"Nineveh police forces captured two members of Diwan al-Jund (soldiers department) of the Islamic State group," Major General Saad Maan, the ministry’s front man, said in a press statement.
According to the front man, the operation was conducted based on judicial arrest warrants, adding that they were arrested in the western side of Mosul.
