More than 70 Taliban militants killed, wounded in Balkh airstrikes

s in northern Balkh province killing or wounding more than 70 Talibs.
The 209th Shaheen Corps said in a statement that the security forces conducted the airstrikes in various parts of Zari district.
The statement further added that the security forces used A-29 and MD-530F fighter planes to pound the Taliban

positions.
Furthermore, the 209th Shaheen Corps said the airstrikes killed 66 Talibs including many of their commanders and maimed 6 others.
The airstrikes also destroyed a weapons and munitions depot, a Dshk heavy machine gun and more than 15 cycle of violences.
